Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Enjoy access to all the comforts of home! Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor space, complete with picnic tables and BBQ grills - perfect for family gatherings. You'll also find convenient beach gear like beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to make your beach days a breeze. Free off-street parking for one vehicle and ample street parking are available. Please note that this unit is part of a four-unit property.

You're just a short walk (approximately 2 blocks) from the beautiful North Wildwood beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy reach. Enjoy casual meals at local favorites like the famous and iconic, just a short drive away. Explore the shops and arcades along the boardwalk, a quick stroll from the cottage, for family fun and souvenirs. The neighborhood itself is friendly and safe, with a classic beach town vibe. You'll also be close to other attractions like the Wildwood Convention Center and Morey's Piers, ensuring there's always something to do. Whether you're craving a relaxing beach day or an action-packed adventure, our North Wildwood cottage puts you in the center of it all.



Getting Around:

Getting around North Wildwood is a breeze! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the cottage, along with off-street parking for one vehicle. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While North Wildwood is easily walkable, if you're looking to explore further afield, ride-sharing services are readily available. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas. However, the prime location of the cottage means you're close to everything, making many attractions easily accessible on foot or by a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
