The motel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the small kitchen was great. It was almost like being in a cottage. Furniture was modern and in great shape. I loved the antique mugs! They reminded me of my grandparents. Swing sets and a beautiful clean pool! I will be booking again!

My Happy Place

My family has been coming here for over 60 years. Many upgrades over the years. The pool and great new mattresses are top in my eyes. Not fancy but a clean and friendly place to spend a few weeks. Central for all the Island land marks. 2.5 hours or less to any lighthouse.

The staff was very nice. We had a wasp nest in our AC unit, and I got stung in the middle of the night. The staff tried their best to find a solution to help, but they wouldn't change my room, even though the vacancy sign was up. The room and facilities was fine, although the pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting - it must have been 30+ years old, with holes and horrid stuff inside the mattress. Again, the staff was very kind and pleasant. The pool was great for the kids!

Great location

Super friendly staff. This stay is close to North Rustico Beach and very close to all the fun stuff in Cavendish. The BBQ comes in handy as there is a grocery store near by. I recommend this motel for Northshore travelers.

Loved our stay at this motel. Its the cutest little place with some recent upgrades. Pool was perfect, owners were very nice, it was so quiet even with all the units being used. We will be back to this place for sure!

Friendly Neighborhood Roach Motel

This was a 2 bedroom unit that was supposed to have an additional sofa bed. That sofa bed was in the kitchen, and when it was opened it blocked the only exit from the unit. We chose not to use it at all. It was very old and the mattress was very thin. Overall, the unit was very nice and appeared to have been recently remodeled...which made us wonder why we were killing 15-20 roaches each day. We did let the gentleman at the front desk know. He told us that the bugs 'did not bite', and did nothing. We also had issues with several wall outlets not working. If the A/C was on, and too many lights were on, the lights would start doing a strobe flickering. We kept the lights to a minimum because we did not want an electrical fire. The kitchen was well equipped with a new stove, but we chose not to do any cooking there because of the roaches. The location of the motel was convenient, and a nice walking path to the beach was just across the street. But...I would never stay here again due to the roach problem they obviously have. We stayed for 3 nights and killed roaches every day.
