Peaceful & Quiet!

This property was almost perfect for my couples getaway weekend. For starters the pictures don't due the property justice. It's so clean and pretty from the outside to the inside. The host has provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive with answering questions and qiuck to fix any issues. The only problem that we had was the air condition was not working when I arrived however I notify the host and she immediately had it fixed. The other issue was that the pool did not heat, I didn't bother reporting it to the house because my guest and I were satisfied with the spa b

Love love love

This house was gorgeous, and pristine clean . Me and my kids loved the house. The pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t enjoy it much because the water was too cold in April but we did enjoy the hot tub and rest of the house . 10/10

Christmas in North Port

My family wanted a stay with a pool and hot tub while in Florida. The place was clean and spacious for us. The place is stocked with everything needed. Yvonne was very accommodating that we had questions when we arrived. Area is quiet but close to many options for shopping and eating. Definitely would stay again.

Great vacation home

Wonderful experience

The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, easy access to many shops. I had an issue with the spa in the pool and the owner was very courteous and helpful and the issue was cleared up quickly. I will be staying here again in the future.

The house is absolutely beautiful! The owners were very nice and communicative. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool and spa heater didn't work when we got there and they were very cold. The owners got it fixed as soon as they could, then all was great! We would definitely rent this property again!!

Nice private pool & spa!

Great for families looking for out the way of tourist but still enjoy yourself We barely left but to go to Venice beach, park to eat shop Starbucks Neighbors were only people seen whole time Everything you need is within 10 to 20 mins away But didn’t have waste money as you would in tourist area Water in whole area has weird odor , noticed it throughout Florida ;sulfur

Terrible Rental

The water in this place smelled like rotten eggs, when I texted the host, she told me to go outside and see if there is salt in the water softener container and if not, there is salt bags in the garage and to put it in (40lb bags by the way). She of course said that they had a person scheduled to come the week I was there but will see if they can come sooner. I don't know if they ever came or not, Yvonne insisted that they did but nothing got fixed in the 4 days we were there. She told us to run the water and we did hoping it would fix the issue but all it did was made the home smell like we were in a sewer, it was honestly discussing. We spent as little time there as possible. We literally took showers with our water bottles. There were also other issues, the wardrobe in the master was filled with someone's clothing, had shorts, boxers, etc., only 2 drawers were empty. Garage was occupied so it was unavailable. We also got a pizza and needed to cut it, the cutter was disgustingly dirty. I don't know who or if anyone cleans this house but it was definitely not clean for new guests. Another issue was the night before we were checking out, the AC apparently completely stopped working, it was over 80 degrees at 6am, I believed that it was turned off on purpose but when I texted Yvonne, she said she didn't do that. I don't know who checked the house before we came but if anyone even turned on the water to clean anything, they would have smelled it. Renter beware !!!

The house is better than the owner writes it to be it is very clean all the lights have molds that are bright enough that I can read the pool deck is was very comfortable chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have already booked our next year trip. Totally enjoyed the trip and actually we're not leaving yet we have another week and a half or so

Very nice place to stay while going to warm mineral water and the beach. Lots of utensil pots and pans in the kitchen the pool was the best thing for the kids to enjoy after a hot day at the beach Owner provided extra beach towels Quiet neighborhood definitely coming back to this rental again

Nice house and location

House was clean, pool was very nice and clean. Like the fact it had a big shower stall in the master bath. My only issue was the bed. I have a bad back and the bed was firm without memory foam on the top. To be fair I have this problem everywhere we stay. Would stay again and recommend. They were quick to reply back to communications. In a quiet area.

Amazing home and very well maintained

We have utilized VRBO for many of our travels over the last 2 years in various cities. We even most revently stayed at a sandals resort in Jamaica which was no where near as clean as this property and for a portion of the cost! This property was immaculate and extremely maintained and clean! This is by far the best experience we have had while renting from VRBO. The house was amazing and very comfortable. The pool was extremely relaxing and allowed my husband and I to just lounge. You are only 20 mins or so from a lot of the amazing restaurants and beaches. It seemed like it was in a very good neighborhood as well. We definitely will be looking to go back again! Thank you for opening your home to us.
