Very pleasant stay

House is located in the heart of Northport. Close to everything. Mineral lake (10 minutes), Gulf Beaches (30 minutes). House is remodeled and feels like new. Has everything you need (kitchen utensils, beach chairs). A/C is cold (but a little loud at night).

We absolutely loved the location, size, & cleanliness of the house, which had just about everything that you would find in your own home. Mary & Mark are great! Wonderful Winter Get Away

We had a great 3 week stay at this home. It is well-located so that we were able to go on fishing charters, sight-see, go to the beach to fish and "shell", and shop (Bealls is just down the road). The home is well equipped with the necessary kitchen items (and all new appliances) to prepare meals and a nice lanai to relax with our morning coffee and evening drinks. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Our hosts checked in with us to see how things were going and if there were any concerns.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts, Mark and Mary were very responsive with details before we arrived. The home had everything we needed and is located in a good neighborhood. Recent bath and flooring renovations were a nice touch. The screened lanai was a perfect place to relax during the cooler times of the day. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
