Spectacular ocean view!

Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom 3rd floor condo in oceanfront building in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The 3rd floor balcony (top floor) offers great views of the beach and ocean. Ocean Pier I also has a large sun deck and beautiful oceanfront pool with numerous lounge chairs. Parking is available for up to 2 cars per unit.

Local attractions include restaurant row, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot landing, House of Blues, water parks, the Sea Aquarium, Alabama Theater and all that Myrtle and North Myrtle have to offer.

Our condo features a well equipped kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances. The Living room has a full sleeper sofa and a flat screen smart TV Cable service and free wi-if are included. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bathroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. The unit also has an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our unit sits on the side of a direct oceanfront building. Balcony offers direct unobstructed ocean views as shown in the photos. ***THE UNIT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.***

You are welcome to bring your own linens if you wish. Free included linens consist of sheets for 1 king bed and 2 twin beds and bath towels for up to 6 guests. Linens are NOT included for the sofa bed. If you intend to use the pull out, you will need to bring sheets for it. We recommend that you bring beach towels. Guests supply own soaps (dish, laundry, bath) and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, etc). We rent to responsible adults 25 years and older only. The 25 or older renter must be on site during the stay. No exceptions. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and pets are not permitted on the property. $49 property fee is an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver.

Great Host and Direct Beach Access

Holly was super responsive and the unit was clean. Beds were comfortable and the condo was as depicted. The building is older and the condo seemed a bit damp even with AC running. (Ex dresser drawers had a mildew-y odor) Maybe a dehumidifier would help v the many air fresheners found throughout the place. A positive to climbing 3 flights of stairs is maybe may have burning a couple of extra calories after eating dinners out! A walks. Lol

Great property on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The building is in a great location with a beautiful deep beachfront. The unit and property are a bit older, however it was very well equipped, the furniture was very nice, king size bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked, there were some beach chairs and an umbrella that had been left in a closet which we used. The owner was very good with communication as well. The pool was crystal clear and well kept. We loved having a digital keypad to make check in a breeze and it was great not having to carry around keys. We enjoyed sitting in the big rocking chairs on the balcony and Overlooking the beach. The unit was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors at all while we were in the unit. Overall we give this place 5 stars! My teenage kids and I loved being there. I was worried about the stairs being in the 3rd floor, but I. Knew that when I booked the place and it wasn’t really an issue at all. I felt the cost was very reasonable for the location.

Incredible location and beautiful view

This location was perfect, right on the beach with a convience store across the street and a great little resturant with excellent breakfast and lunch foods. Close enough to all the other things to do besides the beach too. Holly was excellent at checking in and quickly answering any questions i had and was super attentive. There were also beach chairs, toys and games for us at the condo. Absolutely loved the porch looking out to the ocean, we had a wonderful stay.

An ok experience

Pros -very close access to the beach -nice location -good view for a side view -affordable -surface clean -a couple chairs and beach toys provided -pool was clean Cons -the mattress on the sleeper is basically just metal. We had to get an air mattress and we are not picky. Not even a small child would be comfy so the listing should say sleeps 4 not 6. -other guests seen smoking weed, the smell was pretty bad throughout the complex. This was multiple other guests, not just 1. -A/C units very old -everything was stripped down. We were warned about the soap and paper products, but it felt like there is very little effort into making this place feel like your home for the week. Bare minimum stuff. Not even hand washing soap. -ice maker broken -linens very scratchy, towels had holes in them -funky smell -pool is small Overall, it worked for what we needed. But if you’re looking for a place with the extra comforts and hospitality this is unfortunately not it.

Condo exactly as described. Very homey and clean. The food spot across the street is now a burger/bagel shop. Beach views were amazing. My boys loved it and thought it was the perfect Spring break destination.

The condo was exactly as described and stocked very well in the kitchen. The location was fantastic and the veiw was great! Upon arrival, our condo was obviously not cleaned, beds disarray and pile of towels on floor. Miscommunication with the cleaning staff. Holly was easy to contact and the condo was cleaned. Smelled great and was fresh! The dryer didn't work in the unit. Had to go down/up 4 flights of stairs daily to use dryer. Holly compensated us for that. The condo could use some maintenance in a few areas such as brighter lightbulbs in kitchen and dining, (very dark,) or add inexpensive lights under the top cabinets . Darking blinds would be a plus in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! Holly was easy to work with!

We were in town for a dance competition that was being held at the Hilton.

The location was convenient & the whole trip was quiet in this complex, which was a bonus after spending the day at a dance competition. The unit had everything we needed & was clean. Short access to the beach & sometimes we had the pool all to ourselves! Would recommend this unit/location!

Condo was EXACTLY as described in the listing. Kitchen had everything you could need to fix a meal. Clean. More bath towels than expected. Communication with Holly was top notch. Location was great! All in all, as my 9 year old says, it was a 1,000 out of 10!

Amazing Beachfront View

Windy Hill

We had a great week at Windy Hill. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only negative was that there was no elevator and being on the fourth floor made it difficult for us since we are in our mid 70’s.
