Everything we Wanted

Renting this property through VRBO and Owner Direct was very easy. After hours/weekend check-in and check-out was very convenient and easy. The house was as described. The pool was a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was adequate for 3 or 4 people at a time. The walk to the beach was easy and the dairy bar down the street was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

The house was clean and nice size to fit the entire family. Loved the 3 or 4 min walk to the beach and pool at house. I enjoyed how many places there were in walking distance. Our beach access had banana boating and parasailing which the family was able to enjoy both! The beach was nice and not overcrowded on the right side where we rented chairs with umbrellas. We walked to get ice cream, lunch, the souvenir shop, convenience store, and mini golf all which were a hit. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed working with owner direct vacation rentals who were very friendly and helpful.

Overall great vacation

Great location to beach . Great floor plan for a large group. House needs some repairs & updates . Floor in master and kitchen needs repaired badly. Backyard terrible , rickety fenced in area needs torn down. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. Pool small but nice! Plenty of cookware and dishes.

Perfect Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The house is simply beautiful. It’s spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It’s in a great location. Just a short drive to the main strip which has everything, from fine dining to fast food. I am now in love with North Myrtle Beach. The staff at the management company made everything so easy for us. It was very reassuring to know they were there if we needed anything. I have recommended this house to my friends and family and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks to all for a great vacation!

Very short walk to the beach made the stay even better. Very quit neighborhood. The kitchen sink fosset screw fell out the same day we got there and the Maintance team came right over. Awesome house, Maintance staff and property management.

The house was nice. We had a few issues upon arrival but the maintenance team was GREAT!!!!

The house was nice. The air conditioner had to be replaced, the hot water heater had to be fixed, the TV’s didn’t work, the sink upstairs was leaking, the dishwasher need to be fixed. But, the maintenance crew was excellent and everything fixed within 1st days. The backyard needs some attention. The website says grill on premises, but VERY small and not cleaned (we didn’t touch ) since the maintenance team was excellent we will be back. Great location near beach, pool small but enough for 3-4 people to enjoy and relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Sea Grass house! It was a great setup or our family of 15. The pool was small but very nice. Check in and Check out was simple and quick. If I had any recommendations it would be nice to have a nice grill large enough to accommodate guest size of the house- we didn't use the back patio much since not grilling and the back yard was pretty much just dirt. Location is great and the company worked well with a rental company for golf carts and equipment for a baby! Beautiful area!
