Condominio frente al mar 3BR / 2BA completamente renovado en 2200 N Ocean

Springs Towers es la propiedad frente al mar por excelencia y para los turistas que vienen a la sección de Cherry Grove de North Myrtle Beach durante años. Esta es una unidad muy agradable, en una pequeña propiedad estilo boutique con solo 54 unidades de alquiler en total. Si lo desea, puede llegar y no tener que volver al auto, ya que puede caminar hasta la tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, minigolf, salas de juego, la oficina de correos o tiendas en la playa. Las características de la propiedad, WiFi en cada unidad. Ubicado en algunas de las playas más amplias y mejores que la zona tiene para ofrecer. La propiedad está directamente frente al mar con 2 ascensores, gimnasio, sauna, jacuzzi interior, piscina exterior y jacuzzi. La propiedad cuenta con un paseo privado por la tabla que te lleva por las dunas y la playa. Hay parrillas y mesas de picnic y gran ambiente junto a la playa. El condominio en sí tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora grandes y agradables comodidades. Todos los colchones reemplazados en 2016 y nuevo baño principal de azulejos!

Cherry Grove ha sido un destino familiar desde la década de 1930, cuando un día en la playa significaba ir a una de las varias casas de baños que ofrecían refugio y duchas desde la época en la que no comenzaba a ver moteles hasta la década de los 40. cabañas en otras zonas cercanas desde la década de 1920.

Cherry Grove, a poca distancia de Boulineaus (IGA), heladerías, pizzerías, The Shack Duffy Street Crab Shack y minigolf y salas de juego. Un poco más arriba en la carretera en la sección de Ocean Drive de North Myrtle Beach (a 2 millas de distancia) se encuentra el parque y el pabellón de Ocean Drive. Es la única diversión frente al mar en Myrtle Beach. We love Spring Towers and have been going to it for over 20 years. We were just a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We did not leave a tip because we left it cleaner then when we arrived. The premier bathroom only had one good light blub out of 4. My husband took one out of the other bathroom so we could see. The water and ice maker did not work in the refrigerator.

We have been renting the same condos from Carolina Resorts Realty for several years and it has always gone smoothly. The condo itself is great and meets all our needs. The only thing I would change is the rug in the living room. It's an outdoor rug and it is not comfortable to walk on barefooted.

Overall Good Experience

At first arrival it was a little annoying to have to go to a whole other location to get a key (definitely recommend upgrading to keyless option). When we first got to the site the elevator smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it and it continued to smell like that most of our stay. Not sure if it was an employee or someone staying there. So that was a liitle worrisome as I am there with my 3 children. When we did get to our room it was decent size and it definitely smelled clean which is a huge plus. I would say it definitely needed some updates. The washing machine has black mold on the seal (I tried to clean it but I didn't have anything strong enough), the refrigerator ice and water didnt work, a keurig coffee maker would have been nice. Bedding could use some updates too the scratchy comforters need to go. These are just some suggestions I don't mean to be negative. Overall the room is nice and it was suitable for our family. Just those few upgrades would have made a huge difference during our stay. We did overall love our stay and the pool area was very nice and beach access was amazing (a ramp at the end would be a plus if the facility every chose to update that).

Great Location, Not-so-great Management

The location is hands-down the only reason we would return to this particular spot. We thought renting from a property management company would be a better experience, if we needed anything, but boy were we wrong. Both times we needed them, we were stuck with an answering service and left a message. They finally called back later the next business day. Hope you don't have any true emergencies on a night or weekend, as we did have one and it was not handled timely. For starters, we arrived to find a semi-clean condo (sand still all over the floors and the place desperately needed a good once over). There is so much dust on everything that it looks like the cleaning crew just changes the sheets/towels and wipes down the main surfaces. There were fruit flies (aka drain flies) flying all over throughout the week and getting into our food while we were cooking - gross! They were so bad that they found their way into a sealed bread bag. We tried to run the provided vacuum, so we could get up the sand and attempt to walk barefoot. The vacuum smelled like something died in it only making matters worse. Property management did provide us with a new vacuum mid-week. The kitchen cabinets are so cluttered - pots and dishes are just thrown in the cabinets wherever they will fit. It was hard to find anything, but there are a lot of supplies. There were 5 wine keys and a lemon squeezer, but no rubber spatula or whisk. So, we bought those items and left them for the next guest. The dishes are mostly cracked or chipped, so be careful. The ice maker does not work, so no filtered water dispenser either. There were barely enough towels for all of the guests and not enough washcloths for everyone (8 towels, 6 washcloths). There were spare pillows, but no extra pillow cases. The pillows that are there are super flat, so bring your own if you can. The pool and beach access were great. The public space well maintained. There are loading zones and carts to help get your luggage up to your condo. Bonus, the majority of the parking is in the shade.

Nice way to spend winter months

The view is wonderful and the furniture is comfortable except for the dining chairs need cushions. There usually is some noise from upkeep that is going on but that is how it is anywhere when you rent for the winter. The staff at the rental agency is friendly and usually very helpful if you need anything. The location is good and convenient without being too hectic. Overall a very nice place to stay. I have recommended this property to several friends and they now rent in the same building and are satisfied as well.

Most of the appliances are good however refrigerator ice maker didn't work. There was a lot of upkeep going on in the building so a lot of noise and also pool area was closed a lot for repairs. Winter months are usually the months for upkeep. Overall we liked our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The dinning room furniture is sturdy and has plenty of seating but is ugly, not very ....,,comfortable and needs refinishing. Plenty of closet space. There is a new dishwasher but it is an 18" capacity and the dishes don't fit very well, water an ice dispenser in fridge doesn't work but the frige and freezer is very roomy. The stove works well. The televisions work well with cable in living room and master bedroom. The bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath. The building is very secure and the view is beautiful. The outside ocean front area is very nice however it was closed for updating for 2 1/2 months of our stay.

Spring towers

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family goes to the beach the week of the fourth every year. We have stayed at spring towers for 21 years. I have been trying this room for the past 4 years but the homeowners definitely need to do some inspecting. The glass on the microwave has been broke for 3 years, some furniture is broke, the closet in one bedroom can’t be used because it has stuff in it for storage. There was also broken chairs outside for 2 years in a row. And the door handle on slide door was broke year which could have caused an injury. You can tell the room is slowly going down hill.
