Crescent Dunes Vacay

Crescent Dunes 401 was everything that was promised. Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and pet friendly! We loved it! It’s roomy and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook. Beds were comfy, too! I would highly recommend it! We would stay there again!

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed Crescent Dunes 401. I would recommend this place. You look forward to vacations and when it comes you want everything to go smoothly, so you can enjoy it. This was the easiest check in & check out process. The Condo was great along with location and pool area. I will definitely be booking again next year. Thank You

Loved it

I loved the ocean view! It was clean! A lot of the walls have chips in them and some of the ceiling fixtures but it didn't bother me. The dryer broke and it was fixed the next day quickly. I would stay here again! I just wish there was an area for your dog to go potty. You have to go to the beach or across the street.

A wonderful family holiday at Christmas

We really enjoyed our time at the Crescent Beach condo as a family, celebrating Christmas. Communication prior to, and at, check in was professional and timely. The overall process for arrival was very easy and everything was exactly as described. We had unseasonable cold weather during our stay but the HVAC unit kept us warm and toasty. The kitchen was very nicely appointed and the unit was very spacious and beautifully decorated adding to our comfort. We are planning to book for Christmas this year.

Nice Condo!

My mother, sister & I stayed here for a girls’ trip. We were happy we were able to bring our dog. Very comfortable, great view and location. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Cresent Dunes

We enjoyed our stay at Crescent Dunes. The condo was as advertised and met our needs. The most convenient parking and beach access of any condo we've rented. The corner unit balcony was very nice with a great view and lots of room and we loved the sturdy table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we had an enjoyable vacation with our little senior furbaby. The condo itself is a bit outdated and the primary bath could use remodeling. The shower is extremely small with a bifold door behind the bathroom door; however, we made it work and I would rent this unit again because the building itself was clean and convenient. The balcony doors need replacing and felt like they were coming off the track; a condo owner above us let us use his WD40 on the doors which helped to open them but they're scratched and impossible to clean enough to see through. Installing a handle would assist in opening/closing the doors more safely. We arrived a day after the hurricane and possibly the wind affected the doors a little too as it had blown out the window of the condo above us. Overall, a great place to stay with fantastic beach access and a nice, uncrowded beach to enjoy.

Stunning Views

Overall, the place was okay, the best attribute was a beautiful view of the ocean. With it being a corner unit, the master had view of the sunrise and was gorgeous. Cleanliness - Floors were swept but not wiped as our feet were black, otherwise, the rest of the unit was clean. Dryer did break during our stay, took a couple of days for someone to come out and fix which resulted in a trip to the laundromat. As a travel professional, I did appreciate Jeanne and her prompt responses! Communication was clear throughout the entire process.

Wonderful view. Condo just as shown and listed. There is a nice balcony. But, there is also a huge view from the master bedroom windows.

Amazing place

We love our stay at crescent dunes. The views were spectacular. The apartment was comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Our kitties were welcomed and we greatly appreciated that. Cats are not usually accepted in rental properties even though they are listed as “Pet Friendly”. This was the biggest point, our cats had an amazing stay and loved the views? The beach is also great! Is not extremely crowded, which we loved. One of the things that could be improved is that The sliding doors to the balconies were extremely hard to slide, also the windows were not completely clean which made the view not as clear as we would liked. In generals our stay was very pleasing and would definitely recommend and would be coming back with out cats next year!

Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We watched the sunrise and sunset every day from the condo balcony. We spent days walking on the beach. I strongly recommend this condo which is dog friendly for anyone who wants to visit North Myrtle Beach.

Perfect location

Condo is centrally located on a wide flat beach. Although the condo is on the older end, everything was functional. Beds comfortable. The sliding door from living area could use attention. Plenty of parking. Do not put the parking sticker on your window unless you want to spend time cleaning the gunk off! If you have a pet, be sure find out all the requirements.

Fantastic condo! We loved it!!

The condo is FANTASTIC! It's exactly how it looks in the photos. Very clean, right on the beach, nice pool, every room has a balcony. Pet friendly, which our dog loved. :) Close to restaurants and shops. We were there during the gas shortage and were able to walk to restaurants until the gas stations were able to get gas. The only bummer was the TV's in the bedrooms kept losing their signal and the WiFi would go down the minute a laptop was idle. One recommendation when checking-out is to pack your car the night before because everyone fights for the moving dolly's on departure day. Other than that, the place was truly wonderful and if we're ever in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely rent that same condo. We had a wonderful time and a truly needed break from the year of COVID horror.

Great location, excellent views from master bedroom.

Property was clean and comfortable. Unit is in desperate need of repairs and updates. Paint was peeling from walls and ceiling. Other reviews mentioned the dryer has problems and it’s still not fixed. It worked but for some reason there was moisture in it when it was not in use. Property managers were wonderful to work with.

Great Stay!

Property is in a super quiet neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach and within driving distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractons. Because the Crescent Dunes facility is smaller, there is never an issue getting an elevator or finding room on the beach. Not crowded at all. Unit needs a bit of updating (new paint, stained curtains, better kitchenware, etc..) but overall the condo was clean. The check-in procedures could be a little easier (maybe add coded door entry rather than keys) and the linens that are rented should include bathroom hand towels (and more than 1 washcloth per person). Other than that our stay was really nice. Thank you!

Wow..the view!

A lovely condo. We had our dog as well so it was very nice to see so many others in this building with their dogs. Very dog friendly. The location was great! We loved looking out the window to see the ocean from every angle. Expect sand in your condo though. When your right on the beach, it is hard to avoid sand in the condo. If you can't deal with it, don't stay on the beach. :)
