Gorgeous ocean views

We loved the weather and our beach walks with our small dog. We had some yummy meals at some of our favorite restaurants and enjoyed the Christmas show at the Alabama theater. It was relaxing to enjoy the ocean from the balcony.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a nice time. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Simple to maintain for the week. Clearly the owners take pride in their condo and anyone who rents should appreciate that. We also appreciate the new locks as opposed to stopping to pick up the key. We arrive quite late and its much easier. My only recommendation is to not use Swiffer products on the floors. They create a dirty film instead of actually cleaning the tile. Our socks were black and cant get them clean. A steam mop would be much more effective. Maybe thats just me. Also extra tipping for housekeeping isnt necessary when we already pay a substantial fee and then have to clean upon departure. All in all it was a great week! We'd definitely stay in this condo again.

Great Vacation Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Only minor complaint is that the curtains need to be replaced soon and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to slide. The property management company was very responsive to any of my questions. Overall, good rental experience.

Fun week at the beach

Excellent communication prior to and during our stay. We enjoyed the location with oceanfront balcony, pool, sun deck and parking. The check in process would be so much better with keyless entry to help with check in and check out. The tile floor needed deep cleaned and management said it’s scheduled several times a year. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful Week!

This is one of the best properties we have ever rented. I honestly think the pictures don’t do it justice for how nice it is! Extremely clean and well maintained, comfortable beds, up to dates amenities, everything worked well and we had no issues at all. We were very impressed and would definitely rent this condo again!

Excellent Trip

The unit was very nice. It was larger than we expected and very clean upon arrival. The view was amazing. Check in process was easy. It had everything we needed. No complaints at all and we’d be happy to stay there again. A wonderful family vacation.

Can't recommend for last minute bookings

Pros: good price for location and unit itself. Very clean. Master bedroom very comfortable. Curtains/drapes could use dry clean or replacement along with decorative bed linens and replacement. Closing the curtains one night the rod came apart and hit my nose cutting it. The hooks dont slide well on the rods. Bring a knife if you cook. Nothing truly sharp. Of course you're on vacation right? Great view and patio seating wonderful. Very nice folks in the building. Lots of snowbirds. Our fur baby loved watching the waves. Cons: our vrbo in florida sold unexpectedly and we were stranded..a week before planned arrival. Started looking on a Saturday am early. Found this pet friendly vrbo and booked. We received an auto response we were confirmed. My booking also had questions. We never heard from anyone until late Monday. We were leaving early to travel down planning stops along the way to see friends. Even then, despite having paid in full and our arrival less than a week away we were not provided check in info or an answer to our questions. We called the office and emailed. They are not open on weekends and work from homenon Wednesdays. So bottom line don't book last minute with them. They are very slow to respond. Nice but very slow. Additionally, and may not matter to some but little things matter when you are visiting a new area. Maybe a warning about the St. Pats parade route and timing . We are from CT and did not know anything about the parade. It was a logjam trying to get the key to the lockbox...located right on the parade route. Again inconsequential 364 days of the year. Little things go a long way. We have experience. We rented our Florida condo for many years. Always try to provide visitors the little idiosyncrasies of the area..for example bike weeks golf tournament weeks. Feels its important stuff for folks to know in the decision making process.

Wonderful week

Condo was everything we needed and more. Cozy and comfortable, as well as the cleanest pet friendly rental we have ever stayed in. Views were terrific, location was incredible, and friendly folks and pets all around. Jeanne was great to work with and rental process and check in were all a breeze. Already looking forward to another vacation at this same place !

A little piece of Heaven for our R and R.

This place was amazing, it was much larger than I imagined from the pictures. It’s very comfortable and cozy with a well equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend this rental. From booking online to check-in to check-out the whole experience was perfect! We will definitely rent this condo again! Beautiful location !!

Exactly what I wanted!

This property was exactly what I hoped for. Was taking my elderly dad for a visit to his old area and wanted something special and comfortable for him. It was well-furnished, view was amazing. The guests staying in other condos were super-friendly. Felt like home! We had a great visit and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Awesome condo

The condo was as advertised. Great location, on the beach, near lots of restaurants. Complex was quiet. Condo was cozy and fit our family’s needs. We brought our dog, a Havanese. Plenty of room and kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again!
