The property is great. Large spacious dining room and den area. Really really nice. I enjoy the master bedroom.But I don’t recommend it because even though it says sleeps 18, there’s only two parking spaces. And there are no overnight places to park in North Myrtle Beach.It sleeps 18 we only took 15 people seven children 8 adults. Plenty of room, but we couldn’t get them into two vehicles. So each day we would have to drive 21 minutes to the pavilion parking to get the car and bring it back and then we would have to pay for parking next-door. It was two trips a day because he had to at least take the car out at least once. It was a disaster.It’s a great place and when I called, they said it was only for two families. I don’t think they can rent this place out because of the price for maybe eight people. But there’s only two parking spaces and they have someone downstairs enforcing this as well. So beware. Please call them and check but there’s only two parking spaces so unless you’ve got two cars only it’s not good. But otherwise it’s a very very good place for the price you get.

Family affair

The property was nice. One of the (2 beds) bedrooms was miscalculated where as we had to move the bed so the door would open. The floors were swept but not clean, our slippers and socks were black from the floors. Our freezer did not work and as a result we lost food and ice. It was never repaired. We were given a mini fridge with a tiny freezer that held a small bag of ice? The smoke alarm went off numerous times for no reason. There’s nothing like being awakened by the ear piercing sound of a smoke alarm.

Cold pool

It was hard to find parking for the other two guest cars, the property slept 18,with 2 parking space. The pool was ice cold, so we couldn't enjoy it, the property needed cleaning, sand on floors, living room furniture had a lot of stains on sofas and will not rent property again.

Great family time, poor place to stay

We came for just the weekend as a family group. We got to town, asked if it was ready for an early check-in. We could call back in an hour to see if it was ready. We called back, they said that there was maintenance in the room and that they had to check to see if it was ready and I needed to call back in a half hour. They said that maintenance was still in there, but we could come in. They needed to replace some drawers in the refrigerator. At this time it was already 3:30. We got there at 3:45 and maintenance was not there. We looked at the refrigerator first, there were two cracked drawers inside and one shelf and drawer missing. In the part where the drawers go there was some type of residue on the bottom. Some of the door shelves were missing and the bottom of one was cracked. We also saw the fans in two rooms that seemed like they were going to fall from the ceiling. Three of the tub faucets were leaking and when you turn on the water you can’t tell if it’s hot or cold until you turn it on. The oven inside was not clean. The stove top was not clean. In drawers with silverware there were screws and tops to lamps. The silverware,pots,pans were dirty. The coffee maker had coffee grounds still in it. We were not able to put all of our food in the refrigerator and freezer, because of the shelving. Ate out nothing clean. None of the hairdryers worked. Internet out. We had to communicate by email because they couldn’t get the pictures. Drunk maintenance man.

Family vacation 2023

We have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years. This was the first time we ever had to call the police. The occupants of the adjoining condo were a group of immature unsupervised teammates who tried to break down the door connecting the condos on our first night at midnight. They continued their immature behavior by throwing food, chairs, and various other items in the pool. And on our last night they managed to get stuck in the e!evator and and the fire department had to get them out disabling the elevator for anyone else to use. Management was very helpful with all of our concerns as this was out of their control.

Law enforcement golf trip

The location was great to where we were playing golf and we loved how every room had its own bathroom. A couple things that we didn’t like was one of the homeowners that I guess lives there full time was really rude, and next was the floors were filthy in the condo. Shortly after getting there and within a few minutes of walking around barefoot the bottom of everyone’s feet were black.
