It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 beds (2 in each bedroom) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sheets provided). The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and both regular and Nespresso coffee machines. For your comfort, the condo offers modern amenities such as LCD TVs, an in-unit washer & dryer and free Wi-Fi. Your stay includes bed linens, towels, pool towels, washcloths, and starter supplies like trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent, and Nespresso pods. Plus, there's free parking for 2 vehicles. Bay Watch Resort amenities include multiple indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers—perfect for relaxing or having fun!

Sandtrap Sports, located in the South Tower, offers a lively atmosphere with a pool table, arcade games, and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. The Bay Watch Café offers breakfast year-round (not included) and serves dinner seasonally. Fishtails, a seasonal poolside bar, serves up creative cocktails and hosts live entertainment during the warmer months. Additionally, a gift shop on-site offers souvenirs and any essentials you may have left behind to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the used white towels in the tubs, wash the zebra pool towels, start a drying cycle, leave the dryer running when you leave
Return the beach chairs and umbrella to the laundry closet. Please take out your trash, there are garbage cans located on the same floor. An additional $20 fee will apply if excessive trash is left.
No need to clean—housekeeping will take care of everything after your stay. Feel free to use the front parking area for loading (15-minute limit) Please let us know when you check out.
