Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to two people and is approximately 500 SF. Sea Villas III is a condominium complex located across the street from the ocean (2nd row) at 210 S. Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle Beach. Sea Villas III is just 2 blocks from the popular Ocean Drive.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Condo was a great location, about a block from the beach... easy walk there and back! Bed was comfortable, AC was great. We didn't use the washer/dryer or the kitchen. The pool was a great temperature. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would take a mop, and mop the floors before taking shoes/socks off as there is only a broom in the closet. I was not able to access the app on my phone (not sure why), but Julie responded to my text and was able to get me the door code without the app. The rental company also checked in with us a few times. I would stay here again without hesitation (as long as I mopped the floor first).
