The community has 1300 houses with a quality golf course, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, fitness center, bocce, billiards room, hot tub, ballroom and a resort style pool just to name a few of the amenities that you would be entitled to use.
This 3 bedroom home has open split floor plan with soaring volume ceilings, recessed lighting, plant shelves, and pocket doors. Kitchen boasts breakfast bar, pantry, and breakfast nook. Master suite has 2 walk in closets and spacious master bath with dual sinks and make up vanity. Private lanai has vinyl windows and furniture. Great curb appeal with mature landscaping. Dedicated laundry room has washer and dryer, and overhead cabinets for additional storage. Tons of storage in garage as well.

It is fully furnished with a TV, all small kitchen appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Newer stainless steel appliances, luxury plank flooring and leather furniture. Brand new kitchen accessories.
Rent would include cable TV, high speed internet access to all recreational facilities in the community including a state of the art fitness center.
