Great home and location. Screen room is excellent! No cell service and spotty WiFi. Beds were not the comfiest, but we made do. Kitchen was impressive and clean.

A lovely home away from home and jumping off point for our adventures in northern New Hampshire and Vermont. All three kids declared it was their favorite vacation house we’ve ever had. Lots of comfy space for everyone and a great kitchen for preparing meals.

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, perfectly located for White Mountain fun. We were close to hiking, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. We especially loved the shady wooded lot, fire pit, and screened in porch. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are large and have AC units. The house is a bit run-down and could have been cleaner, but everything worked except for the electric teal kettle. The walls are a bit thin and the noise wafting from downstairs disturbed my sleep. I booked this rental through VRBO, which I have used many times with great success, but ultimately Vacasa managed my reservation, and I did not like working with them as they are slower to respond and we had no contact with the owner of the house. Still, I would rent this house again...it is a great spot!

Great House, needs more attentional to smaller details for guests.
The house is true to the photos; very spacious, plenty of rooms to spread out, or come together in the kitchen/dining/game room. Beautiful kitchen, great for a micro chef like me. Plan to bring or buy anything you’ll need for the kitchen outside of the glassware, pots and pans, and utensils. I was surprised to not see salt & pepper or coffee/sugar for the awesome coffee maker. A quick trip to Hannaford’s took care of that. Vacasa reached out to ensure check-in was smooth, which was very seamless, but I asked about the fireplace I couldn’t get to work and we couldn’t figure it out. There was quite a bit of buildup of garbage and recycling in the garage. Not much room for us to add and it and it didn’t smell fantastic. Otherwise, the location is great, tucked up and away from the main area but only 10 minutes to town. Oh, and the sunroom is maybe the best part of the house. The house has major potential to be amazing, but it felt more like a hotel than a cozy home to me. I would consider fabric softener on the towels :)

Fire alarms beeping all thru the stay.
The property management was a disaster. It started with the fire alarms that were malfunctioning. When we contacted management, we were shocked to hear that they had been getting other complaints and complaints about the fire alarm, and hadn't done anything about it. They didn't fix it either, just said that they knew about it. I would expect that in a vacation home the most basic safety concerns would have been addressed. But apparently, management just didn't care. To add insult to injury, they asked how clean the place was. Is that the first thing on your mind when your guests can't get a fire alarm turned off? And that wasn't even the worst part. The fireplace and the oven were
