Masters Vacation Rental - 10 miles from Augusta National

This comfortable home is located in North Augusta 13 minutes from The Augusta National! This location offers quick access to Washington Road, I-20, and Riverwatch Parkway making dining and shopping 5-7 minutes away. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy!
The main floor has a living room with plenty of seating and a widescreen Smart TV above the fireplace for you to stay on top of tournament action. There are hardwood floors throughout the home and carpeting in the bedrooms and media room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with bar stool seating, and a small breakfast area. It is equipped with a gas stove top, double ovens, toaster, a coffee maker, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, cooking and baking utensils, and all dinnerware and cutlery. The main floor also includes a powder room (half bath), one bedroom with full sized bed and TV, a full bathroom with walk in shower and handicap accessible doorways. A dining room that seats 6. The backyard has a covered porch with seating and a grilling area with a gas grill.
Upstairs features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom including a large double walk-in shower, granite-top counter tops and two sink vanities. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, TV's and bathrooms. Upstairs includes a large media room with couches, recliners, and a large screen smart TV. This room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the green.

Perfect home!

This home is spotlessly clean, extremely well stocked, with four en-suite bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and all of the linens and towels you’ll need. There are so many thoughtful touches provided throughout the home. And the recliners in the living room are amazing!! Only better seat to watch the Masters is on the course. The location could not be more ideal. It sits in a very pretty, quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the golf course and 20 minutes to the airport. Stop searching…this is the house you’re looking for. All of the stars!!
