Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3,000+ square feet home: only 12 minutes to the Masters! Just off of exit 1 on I-20. The house was built in 2005. It features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, flat screen smart television. High speed wireless internet accessible. There are 5 bedrooms--one master downstairs, two bedrooms downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. The master owner’s bathroom has his and her vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Downstairs features a full kitchen, kitchen dining area, and a large living space! Enjoy the weather in the spacious back yard with a gas grill, chairs, and portable fire pit.
Close to the Augusta National, yet nestled across the river in beautiful South Carolina where you can take some time to get away from the golf crowds, and enjoy a short hike to the Savannah River over looking the rapids.

Beautiful home!
Rented this property for two nights for our visit to Augusta. Very clean, very well take care of. Excellent layout of the home and all of the necessities we needed for a great visit... and felt right at home.
