Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Clean even though it was a holiday weekend and lots of people coming and going from the beach!

Location was really good and the room was okay but the indoor pool was DISGUSTING! There was algae growing in it and I said something to the front desk and they claimed it was supposed to be getting cleaned everyday and MAYBE a day was missed. I replied there was no possible way for it to look like that in 1-2 days.

This hotel was great in all respects, but one. I know this is a minor complaint, but we called on two separate days to housekeeping asking for extra pillows for our room, and both requests were ignored.

I lost my original room & that was my fault. The last room that was available was an accessible room and I must say I was still impressed. I love the fact that it was an end room, still oceanview and provided the same amenities that I originally requested. The property also provided a very convenient entrance from the parking deck to our room. I loved the location of the hotel on the strip.

Better hotels for better prices. First only two elevators so your always wasting/waiting for them. The pool has a maximum occupancy of 11 yes that’s eleven meanwhile the hotel next doors outside hot tub seats 12 let alone having a full size pool. Premium rooms are just regular room but overpriced please shop around more before settling here

Main bathroom on the 1st floor was extremely dirty, no toilet paper and toilet had toilet paper roll in it. Room had no towels. Had to request a rollaway, in which they brought king sheets and a blanket with a hole in it. At breakfast there was a hair in the scrambled eggs. And to top it off, when the staff did bring towels the wash clothes had feces and hair on it.

All oceanfront rooms are a plus. I appreciated the length of time for breakfast availability. Also, having a restaurant onsite was convenient when I had a tiring day and needed quick service. All staff were friendly and accommodating!!
