Eine super Wohnung in Top-Lage, bestens eingerichtet und bestückt. 100 Meter zur Badestelle, einfach super. Einziges Manko sind Zahnpastaspritzer von den Vormietern an der Wand und im Waschbecken sowie Haare und Fusseln in den Kleiderschränken. Etwas nervig ist die Außentreppe aus Metall, bei der man jeden Schritt der Nachbarn hört. Dafür kann aber weder der Vermieter, noch die Wohnung etwas.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Der Ausblick auf den Deich und den Forellensee, die absolute Ruhe, die hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung... Die gesamte Anlage ist gut durchdacht, Parkplatz immer verfügbar da nummerierter Stellplatz pro Wohnung, Fahrstuhl, sehr einfache Abwicklung bei Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung, Grünflächen usw. sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ich hoffe das die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung weiterhin achtsam von den Mietern und ihren Fellnasen behandelt wird, es wäre wirklich schade wenn nicht! Wir haben schon erneut fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.

Eine schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft für unseren Jahreswechsel. Zum bereits zweiten Mal haben wir uns in dieser schönen Bleibe eingemietet. Die Ausstattung ist - aus unserer Sicht - gehoben, die Lage ist großartig und der Ausblick auf Teich & Deich lädt auch bei trübem Wetter dazu ein, die Gedanken treiben zu lassen. Eher zufällig ergab sich auch der Kontakt zum Eigentümer der Wohnung, was unseren positiven Eindruck nochmals verstärkt hat. Lieber Herr C., vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Sehr saubere Wohnung schöner Ausblick leider funktionierte beim Fahradschuppen die Schließfunktion nicht Und beim Wohnzimmer TV waren die Privaten Sender nicht auf SD eingestellt und HD+Karte war abgelaufen die Mängel werden hoffentlich beseitigt. Ansonsten ist es eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Eine sehr gepflegtes Apartmenthaus, alles neu und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Auch bei den Einrichtungsgegenständen wurde nicht gespart. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ein Highlight war natürlich die Dampfsauna, die wir bei den herbstlichen Temparaturen gerne genutzt haben.

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch angelegt, auch mit 4 Menschen gut zu bewohnen. Die Dampfsaune in der Dusche ist ein echtes Highlight. Lediglich in der Küche sollte m. E. mehr Geschirr stehen, damit der Geschirrspüler effizienter genutzt werden kann. Als wir feststellten, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher fehlten aufgrund eines Missverständnisses, machten die BearbeiterInnen im Büro alles möglich, damit wir sie noch Freitag Abend erhielten, vielen Dank für Ihren Einsatz!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, keine 100m hinter dem Deich. Vom Balkon gibt es einen Blick über einen Forellenteich mit Sonnenaufgang!!!! Sehr modern eingerichtet ist sie, ist alles noch im sehr guten neuwertigen Zustand. Einzig, ein paar Küchen-Utensilien fehlen bzw. sind nicht ganz schlüssig, tut aber in Summe dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch... ... war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort!!!!!
