Schon eine schöne Ferienwohnung, aber…

Hinweis: die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Menschen, die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen nicht gut finden. Wir würden uns wünschen, wenn eine normale Kaffeekanne zur Ausstattung dazu gehört. Es sollte bei der Endreinigung auch mal die Spülmaschine gesäubert werden. Das Geschirr und die Maschine rochen nach dem Spülgang unangenehm. Wir haben selbst ein Reinigungsmittel hierfür gekauft. Ein Hausmeister sollte auch mal einen Blick in die Wohnung werfen (ein paar Plissees-Halter waren ab). Mindert den ersten Eindruck.

Tolle Wohnung mit Luft nach oben

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die Fotos entsprechen der Wahrheit. Man hat viel Licht, viel Platz, eine moderne Einrichtung und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen schönes Mobiliar. Es ist Luxus zwei moderne Bäder zu haben. Nach hinten heraus sitzt man malerisch direkt am Forellenteich und vor der Haustür ist der Parkplatz. Die Küche ist komfortabel. Leider reichte für uns Drei der Kühlschrank nicht aus, ergänzend mussten wir die Kühlbox aus dem Auto nutzen. Es gibt nur eine Kapselmaschine für Heißgetränke. Eine Kanne für Kaffee und / oder Tee fehlt. Die Mikrowelle hat Tasten, deren Kennzeichnung man fast nicht erkennen kann. Dazu kommt, dass der Wohn-Küchen-Essbereich schlecht zu beleuchten ist. Über die Hälfte aller Lichtschalter haben in diesem Zimmer keine Funktion. Die Schränke in der Küche sind gut gefüllt, doch fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten: Eierbecher, Topflappen, Untersetzer, Messbecher, Krug, etc. Auch einen Wischer und einen Besen haben wir vermisst. Im Flur steht ein Regal sehr ungünstig, dies haben wir in die Küche gestellt, um Platz für Lebensmittel zu schaffen. Im Bad mit der Dampfsauna ist der Spiegel nur für groß gewachsene Menschen nutzbar. Im 2. Bad fehlen Ablagen in der Dusche. Der Schutz vor Einblicken von außen in das Bad ist unzureichend. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und bieten viel Stauraum. Leider haben die Schränke keine Türen. Trotz Nähe zum Teich fehlen Fliegengitter. Außerdem gab es keinerlei gezielt ausliegende Informationen zu den Geräten. Alle Anleitungen lagen in einem Flurschrank auf dem Boden zwischen Montageanleitungen. Für die sog. Musikanlage musste man erst herausbekommen, dass eine App für die Nutzung zu installieren ist. Ein deutliches Ärgernis war der nicht funktionierende WLAN-Zugang zum Internet an den ersten Tagen. Die Agentur hat sich schnell gekümmert. Somit konnten anfänglich weder die Smart-TV‘s für Mediatheken oder Streamingdienste, noch die eigenen Mobilgeräte vollumfänglich genutzt werden. Wir hätten es als angemessen empfunden, wenn der Vermieter daraufhin wenigstens einen symbolischen Betrag zurückerstattet hätte, zumal uns die Agentur signalisiert hatte, dass dies normal wäre. Der Vermieter hat dies leider verweigert.
