Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in der Küche könnte etwas mehr Grundausstattung vorhanden sein. Wir waren zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Appartement für uns 4 Mädels. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Das einzige Manko, es gibt nirgends Rauchmelder. Das war schon etwas befremdlich.

Sehr zentral und praktisch
Das Apartment liegt im Ortskern (in Nähe der Haltestelle Moltkestraße), und alles ist von dort sehr leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es stimmt zwar, dass die Gegend ruhig ist. Leider ist das Haus aber sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn sich nachts auf dem Balkon unterhielten, war das - trotz geschlossener Fenster - sehr störend! Einen starken Schnarcher im unteren Geschoss durften wir auch miterleben. Was uns sehr irritierte war, dass wir - zwei Erwachsene - aus gutem Grund ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern angemietet hatten. Nur in einem der beiden Zimmer aber waren aber bei Ankunft beide Betten bezogen. So mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt erst einmal mit Betten-Beziehen beginnen...

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Zu viert wäre es uns zu eng gewesen. Auch gibt es nur ein richtiges Doppelbett. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein 1.40m Bett. Das sollte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung erwähnt werden. Der Balkon ist schön groß, allerdings sind die Klappstühle nicht nutzbar. Die gehören auf den Sperrmüll. Die anderen Möbel waren gut. Das Klappsofa ist leider etwas dreckig. Da dürfte mal genauer geputzt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Als Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur eine Pad-Maschine, auch das sollte erwähnt werden. Der Check-In war super, da man nur einen Türcode erhalten hat.

Wir waren zur Strandhochzeit unseres Sohnes hier..Die Ferienwohnung liegt super zentral,mit einrm wunderbaren grossen Balkon.Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtete. Definitiv zum weiterempfehlen.

Lage / Balkon OK, Sauberkeit leider nicht.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in dieser Wohnung und Sie ist halt zweckmäßig als Renditeobjekt ausgelegt. Man dürfte hier ruhig mal einige Dinge Instandsetzen, gerade was den Balkon und auch die von innen angelaufenen Scheiben zum Balkon angeht. Das Bad ist sauber und modern und für 6 Leute ist diese Wohnung definitiv zu klein.
