Tolles Appartement in guter Lage
Tolles Apartment in guter Lage, aber leider etwas „lieblos“ gepflegt, daher nur 3 Sterne. Bei einem Bettbezug war der Reißverschluss defekt, das andere hatte Risse, ein Küchenhandtuch fehlte und die Haustüre sowie das Oberlicht unseres Küchenfensters hat auch schon lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen. Schade, sonst wären es 4 Sterne. Eine Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mangels Kontaktdaten nicht möglich und mit dem Reinigungspersonal haben wir keine gemeinsame Sprache gefunden. Für einen 5. Stern müsste noch etwas an Mobiliar und Küchenausstattung nachgebessert werden.

Vernünftige Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der check in unkompliziert. Wir haben festgestellt, dass in der Küche leider einige Dinge fehlten. Es ist kein Backofen vorhanden, das fanden wir sehr schade. Eine Schüssel gab es, diese war allerdings deutlich zu klein. Es wäre schön, wenn im Inserat auch erkennbar ist, dass es Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war quasi nicht möglich. Wäre etwas gewesen, wären wir etwas aufgeschmissen gewesen.

Das Storchennest in der Ferienschmiede hat Atmosphäre und die Betten sind super gemütlich! Es wäre nice, wenn die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien etwas umfangreicher und schöner wäre, es fehlen Schüsseln, Aufbewahrungsdosen etc. und vor allem große Kaffeetassen! Insgesamt: Gerne wieder! :-)

Direkt im Ort und trotzdem Ruhe pur
Wir waren letztes Jahr schon mal da. Echt schön. 3 Minuten zum Wasser, 3 Minuten zum Kurpark, 3 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone und zum Restaurant nur wenige Sekunden. Wir lieben diese kleine Wohnung

Gut bis sehr gut.
Das Objekt befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Norderney, sämtliche Örtlichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, Porzellan, Koch-Utensilien und Besteck sowie ein Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.

Auf den ersten Blick wertig und gediegen, zeigt sich die Wohnung auf den zweiten Blick in einem technisch abgerockten Zustand: Polsterung des Lesesessels zerrissen, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Toaster defekt, mehrere Leuchten defekt, Küchenausstattung völlig lückenhaft - wer hier kochen will, hat verloren, Duscharmatur defekt etc.. Man merkt: hier wird nur lieblos Kasse gemacht ...
