Die Wohnung ist klasse!
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war alles was wir brauchten vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Urlaub war perfekt.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, saubere Wohnung, aber leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation
In der Wohnung Seestern kann man sehr gut einige Tage verbringen. Es ist eine 2 Zimmerwohnung, wobei in der Wohnküche auch eine Schlafcouch steht, die wir mitbenutzt haben. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Innenstadt, aber in einer kleine Seitenstraße. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher klein, da wir aber nur dort gefrühstückt haben, reichte es aus. Man wird mit ausreichend frischen Handtüchern, Geschirrtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Räume und das Bad sind weitestgehend sauber, wenn man nicht in die letzten Ecken guckt - was mein 1 jähriger Sohn leider gerne mal getan hat. Ein großes Manko war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Ausführung unserer "Sonderwünsche" nach einer Baby-Ausstattung sowie die Mitnutzung der Schlafcouch im Wohnraum. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und einer geringen Antwortfrequenz bekam ich irgendwann die Bestätigung, dass ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl organisiert werden können. Als wir dann allerdings vor Ort waren, fehlten die Dinge leider und die Schlafcouch wies kein Bettzeug auf. Nachdem ich nochmal nachgefragt hatte, kam jedoch relativ flott jemand und bezog die Schlafcouch ( nach weiterem Hinweis dann auch für 2 Personen), das Babybett sowie der Hochstuhl kamen dann jedoch erst nach einer weiteren Anfrage. Wenn man gute Nerven für eine zähflüssige Kommunikation und Organisation hat, spricht allerdings nichts gegen diese Unterkunft.

Wohnung Seestern
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns dort recht wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein kleines Kochfeld vorhanden, jedoch wäre ein Mini -Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle von Vorteil, um z.B. auch mal ein Körnerkissen erwärmen zu können.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Nur leider konnten wir erst nach 16:00 in die Wohnung da dort noch nicht gereinigt war. Aber ein kurzer Anruf bei der Reinigungsfirma und es kam sehr schnell jemand. Daher auch die 5 Sterne, Wir werden sicher noch mal Buchen.

Sauberkeit okay, Lage und Rest Top
Wir haben uns allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienschmiede Wohnung Seestern. Die Sauberkeit war okay, aber so ist es wohl auf der Insel bei vielen „normal „. Staubsauger war im Flur vorrätig und nach eigenem kurzen säubern war es dann auch gut. Handtücher waren für jeden zwei da. Spülmaschine gibt es auch, diese reinigt jedoch nicht zu 100% … Unser Sohn hat im Wohnzimmer geschlafen , wo das Sofa großzügig ausgeklappt und bezogen war . Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, welches gut abzudunkeln war. Tagsüber war es schön dieses zu öffnen . Alles in Allem geben wir der Wohnung 4 von 5 Sternen und kommen gerne wieder .

Endlich auf der Insel angekommen und entspannen! Falsch gedacht... Die Wohnung ist nicht vorbereitet und per hinterlegter Nummer niemand erreichbar (Nachmittag 15-16 Uhr). Die Beschreibung entspricht in mehreren Punkten nicht den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Bereits von anderen Bewertungen erwähnte Mängel bestehen derzeit weiterhin. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Reinigungspersonal hat gut nachgearbeitet. Unterm Strich würde ich von einer Buchung abraten.
