Ich kann leider nur Mängel aufzählen! Der Balkon ist verdreckt und das Unkraut wächst schon! In der Küche läuft mehr Wasser neben dem Wasserhahn, als in das Spülbecken. Wenn man die Spülmaschine anmacht, geht die Sicherungen raus, bei jedem Programm. Das „Sofa“ ist Sperrmüll.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die Spülmaschine und der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. Mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht, weil die Glühbirnen defekt waren. Trotz Mails und Anrufen meinerseits wurde jedoch nicht zurückgerufen um sich um die Probleme zu kümmern.

Wohnung Meeresrauschen vom 21.-25.10.2024

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Wir waren zu dritt, ein Erwachsener und zwei Kinder und hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Wichtig: Die Schlafcouch ist als zusätzliches Bett nicht nutzbar. Der Kopfbereich hängt runter (die Couch ist defekt) und viel zu kurz. Für 1,65 m passte sie schon nicht mehr. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, hat aber auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, es sei denn die Couch wird erneuert.

Kleine FeWo für 2 Personen, tolle Lage

+ Kleine ruhige FeWo mit schönem Westbalkon für 2 Personen, die Lage ist top. - Schimmel am Duschkopf und in den Fensterlaibungen, Spinnweben an der Decke, Spülmaschine war defekt. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Eigentümer/Verwalter die Wohnung öfter mal in Augenschein nimmt, die Sauberkeit kontrolliert und die Mängel zeitnah beseitigt. Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Woche auf Norderney.

Hallo, die Wohnung macht einen mittelmäßigen Eindruck. Aktuell sind die Spülmaschine und das Schlafsofa ohne Funktion. Das Schlafsofa ist definitiv nicht zu gebrauchen, die Wohnung ist somit nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Der Fernseher funktioniert, allerdings sind die Sender komplett verstellt.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft mit toller Lage!

Die Lage ist inmitten der Stadt und somit sehr zentral zu Geschäften, Gastronomie aber auch dem Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen. Leider haben wir die Vermieter vorab weder telefonisch noch schriftlich erreicht. Es hat trotzdem alles geklappt.

Nette Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war insgesamt für einen Aufenthalt für zwei Personen völlig ok, mit einem Kind eher unvorteilhaft. Die Couch ist zum schlafen nicht geeignet, egal ob jung oder alt! Die Lage hingegen ist genial! Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen nicht! Die Kommunikation könnte besser sein!

Norderney Urlaub für vier Tage

Das Ausziehbett für unsere dritte Dame 58 Jahre eine Katastrophe. Für ein Kind vllt. geeignet, der Preis total überzogen für Drei Damen Mitte 50 und solch eine Schlafsituation, undenkbar und schlecht 👎. Eltern mit Kind vllt., kommt auf die Zeit an. Wenn da Kegelclubs unterwegs sind, undenkbar laut. Katastrophe 🙈🙈🙈

Die Unterkunft war sauber und funktional. Die Betten und die Schlafcouch waren gut. Das Design der Wohnung ist nicht sehr modern, aber ok. Der Balkon war gut zum abends draußen sitzen, allerdings ist die Lage nahe verschiedener Restaurants mit längeren Öffnungszeiten abends entsprechend lauter. Dies ist im Schlafzimmer nicht hörbar, nur bei geöffnetem Fenster im Wohnzimmer. Der Check-in war unkompliziert ebenso wie der Check-out. Es könnte zum Check-out als Hinweis ergänzt werden, dass keine persönliche Übergabe erfolgt, sondern die Schlüssel wieder in den Schlüsseltresor hinterlegt werden sollen.

Gute Lage, schlechte Kommunikation

Leider bekommt man von dem Gastgeber überhaupt keine Antwort auf Nachfragen bzw. Nachrichten. Den Schlüsselcode für die Wohnungstür bekommt man dann erst 2 Tage vor Anreise per Mail. Eine Info zu dieser Vorgehensweise im Vorfeld wäre beruhigend. Die Wohnung ist ok, teilweise nicht gut in Schuss (Spülmaschine nicht i. O., Fenster im Schlafzimmer war defekt). Trotz allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung recht wohl gefühlt.

Insgesamt ganz ok. Wir waren schonmal in diesem Haus zum Urlaub, da war es eine andere Wohnung. Wir schätzen die zentrale Lage sehr , der Check in und Check out ist ganz entspannt und unkompliziert. Man erledigt alles alleine, was uns nicht stört und total entspannt ist.Es hätte jedoch etwas sauberer sein können, der Duschkopf war sehr verspackt von unten , die Bettwäsche war recht fluderig, der Balkon auch nicht so sauber , Spülmaschine war defekt , welche ich nicht nutzen konnte, was mit zwei Kindern echt ärgerlich war …Dies habe ich per email an Fewo gemeldet, aber bis jetzt auch keine Rückmeldung.In der Beschreibung wäre es auch gut gewesen zu schreiben, dass man erwähnt das sowohl Wohnzimmer als auch Schlafzimmer nicht gut abgedunkelt werden können. Vor allem der Wohnbereich, wo unser Sohn geschlafen hat war taghell. War für uns jetzt aber kein Problem war und er trotzdem schlafen konnte. Aber wenn man sagt „Kinder willkommen“ könnte das ja für einige Familien ein Problem darstellen oder auch bei sehr warmen Temperaturen, wird es hier bestimmt muckelig. Thema Sauberkeit, möchte ich nicht groß drauf rumreiten, ich weiß aus familiären Kreisen, die auch eine Wohnung auf Norderney haben, dass es nicht immer so leicht ist , einen gewissen Standard von den putzfirmen auch wirklich zu bekommen. Alles in allem, hatten wir schöne Tage und sind auch gerne zurück zur Wohnung gekommen und würden hier auch wieder eine der beiden Wohnungen buchen.
