Super Lage, schöne Wohnung
Wohnung war sauber und hat uns mit einem Schlafzimmer für 5 Tage (4 Personen) gereicht. Schlafcouch war bei Ankunft bereits aufgeklappt und bezogen sowie die Betten auch. Das Haus und die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. Vor dem Haus stehen 2 Strandkörbe zum kurzen verweilen. Alle Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen. Schlüssel befinden sich an der Tür und können per Code entnommen und auch wieder zurückgelegt werden. Anwesenheit des Vermieters ist nicht erforderlich. Sehr einfach zu handhaben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Werden es bestimmt weiterempfehlen.

Sternschnuppe schnuppert nach Renovierung
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber hergerichtet; Bad, Böden, Bettwäsche pp. war alles top gereinigt. Allerdings waren die Fenster nebst Rahmen sehr verdreckt. Die Gardinen sahen aus, als wären sie 30 Jahr alt und seit 5 Fahren nicht mehr gewaschen. Die Beleuchtung in beiden Zimmern erfolgte durch eine dreiflügige mit Staub bedeckte Lampe, wobei jeweils nur eine Glühbirne vorhanden war. Das Schlafsofa war mit Flecken verdreckt und im Schlafzimmer gab es nur eine Nachttischlampe. Im Kleiderschrank fehlten links die Einlegeböden. Die Matratzen waren okay allerdings schaukelte der Bettnachbar bei jedem Umdrehen mit. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und für den Mietpreis von 445,00 EUR für 3 Nächte unangemessen teuer. An der allgemeinen Preissteigerung zu partizipieren ohne zu investieren ist aus meiner Sicht eine schlechte Idee. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Urlaub Norderney
Aufenthalt sehr gut . Es war in der Wohnung gut geputzt worden. Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für vier Person allerdings ein bißchen wenig. Die Fenster waren gefühlt seit einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt, aber ich habe auf die Scheibe geschrieben ..bitte putzen und auch nur dort auf der Scheibe von dreien wurde tatsächlich geputzt. Immerhin. Ansonsten Putz-Personal vor Ort sehr lieb und bemüht trotz Sprachbarriere.

Kurzurlaub mit Konzertbesuch in der Summertime
Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Nordeney, nur ca. 300 m vom Weststrand und der Milchbar. Sie ist für 4 Petsonen gut ausgestattet. Dss Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig. Sofern das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt wird, muss nachts mit Geräuschen viel n der Straße gerechnet werden. Die Betten waren bezogen und es werden ausreichend Handtücher gestellt (war im Inserat nicht angegeben).

Anfrage Rückerstattung
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei dieser Ferienwohnung überhaupt nicht und wir hoffen auf eine anteilige Erstattung. Die Reinigung der Wohnung war sauber. Die Fenster waren jedoch total verdreckt, auch die Gardinen wurden ewig nicht gewaschen. Wir vermuten, dass daher der verqualmte Geruch kam. Wenn man das "Wohnzimmer" gelüftet hat, kamen viele Fruchtfliegen rein, weil die Mülltonnen direkt davor stehen und überfüllt waren. Unzählige Flaschen stehen neben den Mülltonnen im verdreckten Eingangsbereich. Weiterhin können wir nicht verstehen, dass immer noch keine neuen Rauchmelder angebracht sind. Die Matratzen sind uralt und das Bett wackelt und quietscht. Gern können wir Fotos von den Fenstern und dem Eingangsbereich zur Verfügung stellen. Über eine Rückmeldung würde wir uns sehr freuen.
