Wohnung schön war nicht sauber

Die Wohnung ist schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Wohnun könnte sauberer sein. Der Staubsauger war so voll Staub, dass er nicht saugte. Die Spülmaschine blieb immer hängen und musste bei jedem Spülen mehrfach weitergetreht werden. Die Beleuchtung der Abzugshaube geht nicht. Wenn Sie diese Kleinigkeiten abstellen ist die Whonung toll.

Schöne Fewo in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet, man kann es sich recht gemütlich machen. Seedeich, Strand sowie Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, für den Lebensmitteleinkauf braucht man allerdings ein Auto, mit dem man auch die Umgegend erkunden kann. Die Wohnungsgröße ist für 2 Personen gerade ausreichend, ich war alleine und für mich war es perfekt. Würde wieder eine Wohnung im Haus buchen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass ich gleich am ersten Abend von den Bewohnerinnen einer der anderen Fewos im Haus darauf angesprochen wurde, dass mein Auto auf dem falschen, nämlich "ihrem" Parkplatz stünde. In den Infos zur Fewo heißt es lediglich "Parkplatz vor dem Haus".Es wäre eventuell eine gute Idee, entweder ganz klar zu spezifizieren, dass jeder nur den seiner Fewo zugeordneten Stellplatz benutzen soll, oder aber, dass jeder jeden freien Stellplatz benutzen darf. Außerdem sind nur 6 Stellplätze ausgewiesen, der siebte befindet sich - wohl oder übel - im Zuweg zum Hauseingang, ist aber gar nicht gekennzeichnet, was bei Neuankömmlingen zur Konfusion führt, wenn alle anderen 6 Stellplätze bereits belegt sind. Ansonsten alles top.

Ausreichend für 2 und sauber

Die Wohnung Baltrum ist recht klein aber absolut ausreichend für 2 für eine Woche! Die Gegend ist wirklich toll und man kann in einer Woche (auch in der ersten November-Woche) absolut super entspannen und den Akku wieder aufladen! Auch in dieses Haus würden wir gerne nochmal kommen, jedoch würden wir eine andere Wohnung wählen weil diese direkt am Hauseingang liegt und offene Fenster deshalb immer mit freundlichen Nachbarn verbunden sind, sowohl im Bad als auch im Schlafzimmer... Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und was man wirklich betonen muss: hervorragend ausgestattet! Die terasse ist süß und der Strandkorb in einem super Zustand! Alles in allem eine gute Wohnung und ein prima Haus!!! Gerne wieder wenn auch eine Wohnung im ersten OG!

Wohngefühl wie zu Hause

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige 2 Personen Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, die alle Wünsche für unseren Kurzurlaub erfüllte. Durch die räumliche Gestaltung, mit der entsprechender Möbilierung, fühlten wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Der kurze Fußweg bis zum Deich und den umliegenden Freizeitmöglichkeiten war ebenfalls ein großes Plus, so dass wir nach den 5 Tagen sagen konnten - jederzeit wieder.
