Massiver Nikotingeruch in diesem "Nichtraucherobjekt"

Bei unserer Ankunft stank es massiv nach kaltem Rauch. Hier wurde nicht gelegentlich eine Zigarette vor der Tür geraucht, sondern über einen längeren Zeitraum stark geraucht. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist sind, war das mehr als ärgerlich. Da unser 9 Monate altes Baby alles in den Mund nimmt, eine beunruhigende Situation. Der Vermieter verwies darauf, dass es sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung handele, man aber leider nicht in jedem Fall kontrollieren könne, ob dieses Verbot eingehalten wurde. Wie schade. Ich frage mich, warum man dann die Angabe zu Raucher- oder Nichtraucherdomizil benötigt. Man drückte uns ein Raumspray in die Hand - als ob das das Problem lösen würde. Die Erfahrung war sehr bedauerlich. Ich werde nicht mehr bei dem Vermieter buchen. Schade um das Objekt; da dieses durch seine Lage und Einrichtung besticht. Da stimmt alles. Lediglich für die Menge an Tierhaaren auf den Teppichen gibt es Punktabzug.

Tolle Lage, ABER...

Zu allererst muss man sagen, dass diese Ferienwohnung grundsätzlich völlig ok ist. Sie liegt bombastisch gut, dich am Deich, ruhig, nah am Bäcker... ABER... Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft in einem wirklich schlecht gereinigten Zustand. Die teilten wir am nächsten Morgen bei Interhome mit und die Reinigungskräfte wurden nochmals in die Wohnung geschickt. Die von uns gemeldeten Mängel waren auch einigermaßen beseitigt, aber insgesamt war die Wohnung einfach nicht wirklich sauber. Weiterhin muss ich sagen, dass das kleine Zimmer mit den 2 einzel stehenden Betten wirklich MINIklein ist. Die beiden Betten stehen beide mit 3 Seiten an der Wand und dazwischen ist ca. 1m Platz. Wenn dann noch die Tür geöffnet ist, ist eins der Betten zur Hälfte dahinter. Für Kinder sicherlich ganz ok, für zwei Erwachsene ist es eine Zumutung. Ausserdem waren in diesem Zimmer die Betten eine Katastrophe. Sie knarren so laut, dass man es bei geschlossenen Türen bis in das Wohnzimmer hört. Leider haben auch die Matratzen ihre beste Zeit schon vor einigen Jahren erlebt. Das große Schlafzimmer war aber völlig ok und die Betten auch sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, mir hat lediglich ein Stövchen für den Tee gefehlt ;)
