Wohnung alt, aber ok

Die Wohnung war ganz ok. Alt, aber völlig ausreichend. Aber ... die Sauberkeit war nicht ok. Nicht gut geputzt, Toilette nicht sauber, Stockflecken im Schlafzimmer, Gardinen nicht ordentlich aufgehängt, Glastür Wohnzimmer total beschmiert ... Lage fanden wir gut. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Netto/Bäcker keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung ist wie Norddeich - alt. Vor dem Haus leider Überquellende Mülltonnen, Betten durchgelegen, Toilette mit Urinal auf Augenhöhe welches riecht. Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig.

FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Alles in allem eine gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wissen sollte man, dass keine Kaffeefiltertüten und Tabs für die Spülmaschine vorhanden sind; allerdings kein Problem, da genug Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung sind. Schön wäre, wenn ein Fön vorhanden wäre. Vier defekte Glühlampen wurden noch am selben Tag gewechselt (besser nach Urlauberwechsel kontrollieren - betraf auch einen defekten Mülleimer). Auch die Sauberkeit - in den Ecken und hinter den Gardinen waren Spinnweben und der Außenbereich wurde in den zwei Wochen überhaupt nicht gereinigt.

Im allgemeinen eine sehr gute Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft ist was Reinlichkeit angeht sehr zu empfehlen, leider sind ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten dennoch zu bemängeln. Die Krups Kaffeemaschine war ein Kaffee Verteiler und saute furchtbar. Der Eingang war sehr hoch und für mich als Rückenleidender nur sehr schwer zu betreten, ebenso die hohe Stufe zur Terrasse, aber wir hatten ja nicht behindertengerecht gebucht, sondern den Normalfall und da stimmte es dann wieder. Die Betten sehr hart und gewöhnungsbedürftig aber da ist es auch sehr schwer das richtige für jedermann zu treffen. Einen großen Nachteil hatte die viel zu kleine Toilettenbrille, gut geeignet für den Babypopo. Der Fernseher war auch etwas für Nostalgiker, es war zwar ein Flachbildschirm, aber aus der Zeit wo diese gerade in Mode kamen, für den heutigen Stand der Technik vollkommen veraltet, und hatte nicht einmal den Standard HD. Die Küche, wenn man sie den brauchen wollte, war vollständig und sehr gut eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die riesige Terrasse mit Liegewiese hätte was die Terrassenplatten angeht besser gepflegt sein können, die Stühle waren für sehr schlanke Menschen bemessen.Der Kühlschrank hatte leider kein Tiefkühlfach. Ansonsten sind das alles nur Kleinigkeiten und tun der Erholung keinen Abbruch, wir haben uns in diesem Domiziel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Buchung und sonstige Formalitäten erledigten sich auch fast wie von selbst. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Heinz H. aus Solingen
