The Hafenperle is a modern ground floor apartment in a prime location right on the marina in Norddeich. 2 bedrooms offer space and relaxation for 4 people (and up to 2 four-legged companions).
With the optimal space, the high-quality equipment and the modern furnishings of the apartment completed in 2015. The combined living and dining room has a comfortable couch with armchair and stool. In the dining area there is space for 4 people to feast, play and chat.
You will not miss anything in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your coffee specialties from the existing sense machine or cook on modern electrical appliances. Both bedrooms have LCD televisions. Free WiFi is of course available. The large bedroom has a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.80mx 2.00m) and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All rooms of the Hafenperle have underfloor heating. The bathroom has an additional towel radiator and is equipped with a barrier-free glass shower. A cosmetic mirror, a towel dryer and a hair dryer are of course available.
The heart of the Hafenperle is the 20 sqm south-west facing terrace, which cannot be seen from the outside. Enjoy your sunny hours here. Garden furniture for four people and two sun loungers are ready for you. As a further special feature, two bicycles and a handcart are available, which you can find in the associated outdoor storage room. You are also welcome to use this for your own bicycles, strollers or sports equipment. A separate children's playground is available on the property.
You can enjoy the excellent wellness and breakfast offer of the directly opposite 4-star superior hotel 'Fährhaus' without any problems (for a fee). Enjoy the North Sea, right at the marina - your time in the harbor pearl. Of course, up to two dogs are also welcome - woof! Spa contributions are calculated separately. The bringing of animals is charged at 30.00 euros per stay and per animal.

Norddeich okay aber nicht unsers

Norddeich mal schön zu sehen aber würden nicht nochmal dort einen Kurzurlaub machen. Uns fehlte der gewisse Charme . Ist aber Geschmacksache.

Schöne FeWo in guter Lage

Schön gelegene FeWo mit guter Ausstattung, entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Mit Kind auch der vorhandene Bollerwagen toll. Check-In und Kommunikation lief reibungslos und einwandfrei ab. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Für uns ließ lediglich die Sauberkeit in einem Punkt etwas zu wünschen übrig: Es lagen in mehreren Ecken noch recht viele Hundehaare von den Vormietern herum. Alles in allem aber eine sehr zu empfehlende FeWo in guter Lage zum Fährhafen und auch zum Strand! Wir kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder! P.S. Ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum Aufhängen von feuchter Badekleidung etc. wäre noch wünschenswert.
