Wir waren 11 Tage da, für 3 bis 4 Tage OK.Für uns zu wenig Ablagen,mussten aus dem Koffer entnehmen.Die Küche ist über dem Flur zu erreichen,also immer etwas anziehen.Ein schöner großer Balkon,ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.Nette Vermieterin.

Unser Urlaub war sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit hat gestimmt und auf besondere Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Gerne wieder.

Wochenende am Norddeich

Wohnung ist klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet ,alles da was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber ,Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Backofen, hat uns aber nicht gestört.Mikrowelle ist vor Ort. Es gibt Fernseher in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Dachterrasse , mit Stühle ubd Tisch, die wir aber wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett .Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Zum Strand ca 10 Minuten gemütlicher Fußweg

Die Unterkunft lag sehr günstig, man konnte alles sehr gut erreichen. Fernsehen konnte man nur in der Küche auf den Küchenstühlen,aber dazu hätte man sich auch gern mal auf ein Sofa oder in einem Sessel gesetzt. Schade, daß es keine abgeschlossene Wohnung war, in die Küche musste man über den Flur. Die Terrasse ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind mit dem Stuhl durch die morschen Bretter gebrochen. Ist dringend reparaturbedürftig.

Hallo, wir wurden von Frau de Vries herzlich empfangen. Obwohl wir weit aus zu früh vor Ort waren, durften wir unser Auto auf dem für uns gedachten Platz abstellen und mit unseren Fahrrädern auf Tour gehen. Die Gegebenheiten waren alle sauber ansehnlich, wir durften eine große Balkon nutzen incl. Möbel mit neuen Auflagen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Rad gemütliche 5 Minuten, das Angebot an verschiedenen Restaurants ist dort sehr Großzügig mit angenehmen Preisen für einen Urlaubsort. Man sollte zeitig Abends Essen gehen da um 21 Uhr die Küchen schließen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein super Urlaub in Norddeich und in der Veriehwohnung de Vries. Sabine und Kurt

Die Lage dieser gemütlichen Wohnung mit super Dachterasse ist sehr zentral. Frau de Fries ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die unten im Haus wohnt. Keine abgegrenzte FeWo.Ein ausreichend großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und angrenzendem Bad. Die kleine Küche und die tolle Terrasse sind über den Flur zu erreichen. Kein Wohnzimmer, aber bequeme Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche. Zentral gelegen. Für mich als Einzelperson ideal, da ich mich sehr viel draußen aufgehalten habe. Auch für ein Paar geeignet.

Saubere kleine Wohnung mit großer Terrasse

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man die frische Nordseeluft und die Ruhe genießen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und das Bad wurde wohl erst vor kurzem top renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider durch einen Flur von der Küche getrennt, der auch von anderen Mietern benutzt wird. Ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die nahegelegene Seehundstation und das Freizeitbad sind Attraktionen in Norddeich. Zum Meer ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. Freundliche Vermieterin. Gerne wieder!
