Sehr angenehm, die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt. Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich war für die Kinder toll.

Eine typische Wohnung der Agentur Onkes
Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Die Decke sowie die Wände waren von Weberknechten und Spinnweben bedeckt. Des Weiteren hingen in den Gardinen tote Schnaken und Fliegen. Die Bettwäsche des Ehebetts war mit Flecken übersehen und roch sehr unangenehm. Die Höhe war jedoch, dass unter der Matratze des Ehebetts noch ein benutzter Damenslip samt Inhalt lag. Als wir uns wegen des Ehebetts bei der Vermietung des Hauses telefonisch beschwerten, wurde es seitens der Vermietung einfach so hingenommen und nichts weiter unternommen. Sehr unseriös und frech, für den teuren Preis der Wohnung, hätte man mehr erwartet was die Hygiene betrifft. Auch die "Küche" ließ zu Wünschen übrig: der Kühlschrank hatte kein Licht und aus der Kaffeemaschine kam unten Wasser raus, sodass man gezwungenermaßen den Kaffee selber aufschütten musste. Ebenso waren die Schränke im Badezimmer von innen vergilbt und wurden nicht sorgfältig geputzt. Aus den o.g. Gründen traten wir den Heimweg leider schon einen Tag früher an, als geplant. Fazit: Hygiene wird bei der Agentur Onkes sehr, sehr klein geschrieben. Bereits im Jahr 2016, als wir zum ersten mal eine Wohnung der Agentur mieteten, wurde die damalige Wohnung gar nicht, wenn überhaupt schlampig, geputzt. Damals war die Spitze des Eisbergs, dass wir Hundekot vom Vorbesitzer unterm Bett hatten. Auch nach 7 Jahren hat sich bei der Agentur Onkes in Sachen Hygiene sowie Wlan in den Wohnungen, welches nicht vorhanden war, nichts geändert.

Schön, ruhig und entspannend
Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Norddeich. Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in Ruhiger lage. Ein kleiner Nachteil, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist sind die Wege - der Schlüssel muss in Norden geholt werden die Wohnung in Norddeich. Die ganze Kommunikation mit dem Büro war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Preisleistungsverhältnis past überhaupt nicht
Wir sind vom 27.6.2023 bis zum 02 07. 2023 in der Wohnung gewesen und 2 Tage früher abgereist. Als wir angekommen sind ,staunten wir nicht schlecht. Wohnung war nicht sauber, in den Schubladen in der Küche waren Kaffeepulver sowie ein total verschmutzten Herd. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kein W LAN ( war wie in der Wohnungsbeschreibung bekannt ) aber auch kein Internet, so daß man telefonisch nicht zu erreichen war. Terrasse voller Unkraut und billige Möbel. Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis katastrophal. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit Hund
Norddeich mit Hund ist wirklich zu empfehlen.... Es gibt einen ausreichend großen, Eingezäunten, Hundauslauf mit Strandkörbe und Spielgeräten. Auch ist es möglich mit den Fellnasen ins Wasser zu gehen. Die meisten Restaurants erlauben Hunde, zumindest im Außenbereich. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und in sehr guter Lage.
