Erdgeschosswohnung mit Garten

Wie bereits beschrieben ist die Wohnung eher einfach ausgestattet und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Garten stehen ebenfalls die Mülltonnen welche bei Ankunft schon halbvoll und nach 14 Tagen immer noch nicht geleert wurden und den Garten schön mit Wespen versorgt haben. Positiv waren die Betten. Negativ das Handtuchpaket mit Handtüchern die eher für den Preis schon sehr alt waren. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe sehr nett. Wohnung liegt nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Ladestation.

Für 4 Personen zu klein

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gab in beiden Schlafzimmern keine Kleiderschränke und man konnte sich in den Schlafräumen als Erwachsener kaum bewegen. Alles sehr klein und eng. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein und zu eng. Mini Dusche und Mini Waschbecken.

Sehr schön.

Die Ferienwohnug war sehr schön. Der große Garten war sehr schön zum Spielen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Haus wurde schön hergerichtet und ausgestattet. Das einzige Problen war das immer wieder Ameisen in der Wohnug waren.

Urlaub im schönen Norddeich

Wir waren in der Wohnung Anna in Norden Norddeich in dieser Wohnung fehlt nichts. Ein schöner Garten und die Terasse laden am Abend zum verweilen ein. Die Spülmaschine und der Toaster müssten mal ersetzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist zu klein für eine Familie. Das Badezimmer ist besonders eng und klein. Enge Dusche und ein winziges Waschbecken. In den Schlafzimmern keine Schränke und wenig Platz, sich darin zu bewegen. Wohnzimmer und Küche okay (Wohnküche)

Bewertung

Der Spiegelschrank über der Spiegelablage ragt soweit vor, dass man sich zum Zähneputzen verrenken muss, um über dem Waschbecken zu bleiben. In der ohnehin kleinen Dusche wurde eine viel zu grosse Ablage montiert. Ausserdem ragt die Armatur weit heraus, sodass zum Duschen kaum Platz bleibt. Der Duschkopf hielt nicht in der Halterung, die Duschtür ist undicht. Die Dunstabzugshaube könnte mal wieder vom Fett befreit werden.

Unterkunft ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig!!!

Wohnküche in Ordnung und gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer unzumutbar, ein Waschbecken wie für Kindergartenkinder, Dusche 1 m x 1 m sodass wir uns überhaupt nicht richtig darin bewegen konnten! Schlafzimmer viel zu eng und kein Schrank, dafür einfache Bretter an der Wand. Bettwäsche fleckig. Matratzen total durchgelegen, mein Mann konnte vor Rückenschmerzen nicht schlafen. Der Boden der gesamten Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft noch sandig. Fotos von Bad und Schlafraum sind vorhanden.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung

waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zu frieden, alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, war da und hat gut Funktioniert. So komplett war sehr schön. Warmwasser beim Duschen waren kleine Aussetzer. Haben das schon weiter gegeben.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieter!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Anhang eine Woche dort und hatten über einen anderen Vermieter die Wohnung darüber noch gemietet. Das Haus bietet einen sehr schönen Garten, so dass auch unser Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Terasse ist sehr sonnig. Ein Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden, ebenso eine Liege. Leider hat das Bad kein Fenster, aber für den Urlaub ist das absolut ausreichend. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist verhältnismäßig groß für die Zimmergröße und ist somit etwas eng.

Naja

Als erstes möchte ich mich bei Fam. O. bedanken! Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Durchlauferhitzer, der binnen Stunden ausgetauscht wurde!! Die Kommunikation war völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gross genug und Zweckmässig für 3 Personen. Für 4 Personen mit z.B. Teenies, wäre es uns zu klein. Die SZ sind sehr mini. Kleiderschränke auch. Leider waren wir von der Sauberkeit wenig begeistert! Mehr kann ich hier nicht schreiben, da nur eingeschränkte Zeichen möglich.

Gepflegte und schöne Wohnung mit Garten

Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, verfügt über einen schönen Garten und einen Stellplatz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ordentlich. Hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung an Küchen Utensilien. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufnähe, zum Hafen und dem Meer sind es fünf Minuten Autofahrt. Einige Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für die Warmwasser Versorgung, der E-Boiler ist selbst für eine Person nicht ausreichend, geduscht wurde mehr kalt.
