Im grossen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in set Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alkes war vorhanden und sauber und ordentlich! Allerdings muss eine Neue Kaffeemachiene sowie ein Eiekocher her. Die waren nicht mehr schön an zu sehen.

Super Urlaub , einfach nur alles top
Gute Wohnlage,ruhiges Haus und man ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto in Zentrum .In 5 Minuten ist man in Norddeich.Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut .Einzig das Bad ist nicht mehr auf den neusten Stand.Aber alles in allem kann man dort super schöne Tage verbringen.gerne wieder

Zum Übernachten okay
Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war okay und für uns ausreichend, wir konnten dort gut schlafen, es war ruhig und bis zum Strand waren es ca. 5 km mit dem Rad. Allerdings wirkte das ganze Umfeld etwas lieblos (bei unserer Ankunft lag ein aufgerissener Müllsack mit vetrocknetem Grünschnitt auf dem Parkplatz, der Rasen wurde sichtlich lange nicht gemäht, die Gartemöbel waren mit Vogelkot verdreckt). Im Hausflur roch es nach Rauch (in der Wohnung selbst, war Rauchen nicht gestattet), es war sehr staubig unter Bett und Sofa, das Wasser im Duschbecken lief nicht gut ab, die Pfannen in der Küche waren nicht benutzbar, da die Beschichtung sich ablöste und in der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch Kaffee vom Vorgänger, der schimmelte. Es wirkte, als hätte dort lang niemand nach dem Rechten gesehen und das Inventar überprüft. Es ist okay, in der Ferienwohnung zu übernachten, aber bevor man sie auswählt, sollte man noch einmal nach einer anderen Ausschau halten.

Erster Eindruck: ungepflegt
Bei der Ankunft hatte ich ein unwohles Gefühl, Blumenbeete am Haus waren vertrocknet und voller Unkraut, der Garten ungepflegt. Es ist eine FeWo in einem Mietshaus. Im Flur ist ständig starker Zigarettengeruch, ein Hinweis "Bitte im Flur nicht rauchen" scheint da schon etwas lachhaft. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut, zweckmäßig und relativ geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, so dass es fast an nichts fehlt. In der Beschreibung wurde eine möblierte Sitzecke im Garten zugesichert, für mich das Wichtigste, auf das ich mich am meisten freute. Bei meiner Ankunft wollte ich gleich einen Kaffee dort genießen, aber es standen keine Möbel draußen. Auf Nachfrage bei der Agentur sollte es einen Gragenschlüssel geben, der allerdings nicht an seinem Platz hing. Daraufhin wurde ich aufgefordert, "mal in allen Schubladen zu suchen, da findet er sich bestimmt irgendwo an". Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich nach 4 Std Autofahrt keinen Drang hatte, das zu tun (ich hatte endlich Urlaub und wollte meinen Kaffee trinken), ist es auch nicht meine Aufgabe erstmal Schlüssel zu suchen. Der Herr von der Agentur meinte nur, es gäbe so viele Wohnungen, da habe er auch nicht alle Schlüssel im Blick (wer dann?). Er war dann so freundlich und brachte drei Tage später den Garagenschlüssel, da war jedoch das sonnige Wetter zum draußen sitzen fast vorbei.Die Möbel waren massive Holzmöbel, von denen ich allein höchstens einen Stuhl hätte in den Garten tragen können, nicht aber den Tisch und schon gar nicht den schönen Strandkorb (was ich sehr sehr (!) bedauert habe). Das hat mir den Urlaub schon ein wenig vermiest. Es sollte, wie beschrieben, auch eine möblierte Sitzecke dort stehen!! Ansonsten ist von der Lage her die Innenstadt von Norden schnell erreichbar (zu Fuß und mit Rad), auch Norddeich erreicht man mit dem Rad in ca 15 min.
