Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon

Pros: Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, besonders das Wohnzimmer. Ruhige Lage! Gut ausgestattete Küche. Schönes Badezimmer! Cons: Etwas schnelleres WLAN wäre angenehm.

Großes Wohn/Esszimmer und Terrasse, aber keine Klimaanlage

Pros: Wohnzimmer und Terrasse sehr großzügig und modern gestaltet, mit Sicht auf die Alpen und den Bodensee. Toller Service beim Empfang und die Besitzer - mit netter Karte, Knabberei und einer Flasche Wein! Cons: Bei der Ankunft wurde uns erst erzählt das die meisten Dachfenster defekt und nicht geöffnet werden können. Dadurch etwas dunkel in der Wohnung. Des weiteren kaum Stellplätze für den Pkw. Eine Garage wurde für zusätzlich 70€ die Woche angeboten und das bei einer Mietsumme mit Gästekarten schon von über 1500€. Für Radfahrer deshalb nicht geeignet, da man die Fahrräder mühsam in der Keller über 2 Treppen befördern muss und sich dort auch keine Steckdosen zum Aufladen der Akkus befinden. (schrecklich) Im Schlafzimmer fehlen Fliegengitter, damit man in diesem sehr warmen Raum die Fenster offen lassen kann, da es je keine Klimaanlage gab und auch die Dachfenster geschlossen bleiben mussten (defekt). Normal hätte dies alles zu einer Mietminderung führen müssen. Für diesen hohen Mietpreis und diesen Zuständen absolut keine Empfehlung von unserer Seite. Auch beim Gespräch mit Nachbarn waren diese über den Preis auch erstaunt!
