New house in good development

House is only 2 years, so is like new. The development is in a good location between Venice and Sarasota, and very convenient to Interstate 75. Development has probably the best swimming pool of all the developments in the area. Nice neighbors. There is a road behind the development with loud trucks passing by, but we got used to the noise. The house does not have a table, but the host brought over a card table with 4 chairs to solve that issue. Very attentive host with the aim to make sure any issue is promptly resolved.
