Perched on top of a sun-drenched, grassy knoll is The Floy, a 330 SQ FT. tiny cabin that is just a stone's throw away from the Elk River's edge. This custom-built cabin has been thoughtfully designed and curated to exude a serene, modern-farm house feel that will have you relaxed in no time!

Your own private patio provides a BBQ gas grill, seating for two and a smokeless fire-pit stocked with fire starters, lighter and wood. Additional firewood is provided at the game area.

Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchenette, offering a very spacious sink, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and hot plate cook top for your cooking needs. Coffee pods, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper as well as BBQ seasonings and olive oil are provided.

The bedroom is outfitted with a cozy king size bed, luggage and clothing storage, smart TV, portable fan and remote-control blackout blinds for your added comfort.

Was very pretty and cozy we enjoyed our stay. Its the little things! Supplied wood and kennlin for fires, sitting areas, swing, river chairs, ect. Hot water was just fine for us seemed to last longer than expected. Bed was comfy but very noisy. Only disapointment which was not the property owners fault is River Ranch would not deliver us pizza even though website/google and the transport driver said they would.

This property was emmaculate, down to every detail. It was so great its hard to even describe. Exactly as posted, and then some. Peaceful, gorgeous property. In my opinion and I stay in a lot of vacation rentals of all kinds and all kinds of places, and as far as any place I've rented for this type of trip in a location like this, it was a 15 out of 10. Cozy, clean, decorated so cute and stocked with more than everything you need. We felt like we were catered to personally. Perfect place to just relax,or not. either way its perfect. The only thing that would make it a little better is if maybe the host could supply maybe a couple of kayaks or canoes on property to get over to the beach on the other side of the river. My daughter and I didn't use the beach there, we wanted to but didnt look like the easiest to get over there. It can be done, and the river there is beautful and quiet and clear and perfect for swimming, but maybe a couple of canoes to get over there to help carry a cooler/food, towels. Otherwise we had the best time. And so close to getting to other places in the area. This is a destination spot all by itself...you could never leave during your stay and be happy! Thank You! Recommending and coming back... every year!
