"The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. I will never stay at this hotel again though due to the elevators. I don't know if several were non-functional while I was there, or what was going on, but waiting for the elevator (going from lobby and going to lobby) took longer here than any other hotel I've been to. A couple times when we passed the hotel while out and about, we considered dropping off purchases we had made, but decided not to just to avoid using the elevators. Everything else about this hotel is pretty great, but the elevators just tank it."

"Location was awesome. Super close to everything. Bed was very old and worn. No support and felt like it was gonna break. No little fridge. No way to have a cold drink or save leftovers. No table to sit at to eat with your person. Cable tv. But a lot of channels didn’t work. Loud. You can hear every door. All the voices. Everyone was very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t stay again."

"This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Bathroom was small but amenities like shampoo and lotion were high quality and water pressure was excellent! Staff was super welcoming, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
