Staff was not rude, but sure didnt seem like they wanted to be there. No good mornings, how was your stay etc. Hotel carpet is not very clean so keep your shoes on. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although, when came to get coffee an employee was there and was coughing directly at the coffee machine not covering his mouth. The pancake machine wouldn't work so when i went to front desk she seemed a bit put out and said she had changed it. She replaced it and it was fine but sensed some attitude there. That is what prompted this review. That and the check out when the employer didnt ask how stay was and seemed a bit put out. Waterpark wasn't open so can't comment on that. Probably wouldnt stay here again especially since many hotels in that area to choose from.

Check in wasn’t u til 4pm and if only staying one night was not able to use water park but for a couple of hours after check in as it is closed from 1-4pm and checkout is when it opens in the morning! Paid way too much for a couple of hours of usage! Why close in the middle of the day with guests? Wish I had known ahead of time as the price was the same as great wolf lodge with so much less to offer! Won’t make that mistake twice! Rooms are run down and in serious need of upgrade and maintenance!

This was a family gathering and birthday celebration for five grandchildren we did as a group. We came in on Saturday and unfortunately only got use of the pool on Saturday which we had to defer and plan for other planning for the kids for Sunday. That was a big reason we booked at this hotel, other than that this day was good
