steps away from shin shirakawa bullet train stations and a short walk to aeon mall, 711,, unfortunately i could not get a non smoking room , i hope they ban smoking rooms indefinitely and jus have a designated area , clean airs for all 👍

Good, clean hotel. Not welcoming staff.

My stay was very good. The staff were very professional. There is an issue though. When I arrived from Tokyo, I was 4 hours early. I presented my US passport to the clerk who immediately stated the check in time was at 4 pm. She was not welcoming nor did she offer a place for me to store my luggage. I had to leave the hotel and stand outside in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather in a country I was backpacking through. I was not offered any place to store my 50lbs back pack nor was i assisted to find a place to spend my time waiting. It was an utmost uncomfortable and unwelcoming situation. It did not reflect the character of the people of Fukushima prefecture or the town of Shirakawa.

Good value ,no frills business hotel

Good value , no frills business hotel located near the train station. I have stayed in a few toyoko inn hotels and they're identical in terms of design, facilities and services. The front desk at this Shin Shirakawa branch was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff spoke no English so it was difficult to communicate. The breakfast was traditional Japanese with rice and fish. The rooms were big and comfortable. Great location next to the train station.

Very happy stay

Very comfortable in an excellent location. Quiet and very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Only one small query was why if I was staying for 2 consecutive days I couldn't go back to the room until after 3pm on my second day.

Good value and a great stay

Excellent position close to the station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Service was good and staff able to assist in english although not fluent. Yet!! Despite being close to shinkasen lines and near a busy road, rooms were quiet
