It is a small rustic house with hundreds of years, which was object of recovery. At the entrance, ground floor, has a minimalist kitchen. And behind this the toilet holder with shower. On the 1st floor, open space with stairs to the mezzanine.
The modest house is located in the historical center of the village of Nisa, with quick access to public services, Municipal Library, local commerce, cafes, restaurants, esplanades, etc. The flat geography of the place facilitates the use of the bicycle.
