Pleasant staff, the hot tub was closed snd the pool wasn't that good, they were replacing the carpet late into the night but at least they were making improvements. Still lots of improvements needed. Breakfast was included but was not very good so we only ate there once on our stay. We would go back again because the price is good but if ee want a good hotel I would go elsewhere until they've made improvements here

Only reason we stayed there was the reasonable rates with a hot tub and pool. Pool was small and hot tub wasn't working. If i knew that or was told that i would not off stayed. After 1500 mile ride we always look forward to stay some where with a hot tub!

Checking was efficient

The checking in and checking out part was super efficient which i like. The indoor pool was cool but looked a bit dirty. The carpet was super dirty and smelled in the halls but the room floor and everything else was clean.

We stayed here because of other reviews. It said it was clean. It is not clean. The lady at the desk was super nice, but due to other activities going on in town all the rooms are sold out. Otherwise, I might’ve considered taking the loss and checking in someplace else. Those people I complain much and I do travel extensively and I am in a hotel almost every night so I think I have some experience. Hopefully someone else has a better experience with this place in the future, but that’s for me. I will probably not return.

When we stayed we used the pool when my husband got out of the pool he stepped on a peice of plastic chair that cut the bottom of his foot.
