Excellent but …… almost there

Everything looks fine to me except my air conditioning - it didn’t allows me to lower room temperature while I stayed, which bothers me. The housekeeping lend me a fan which helps a bit. It finally works on the 9th night.

Le séjour en soi s'est très bien passé, le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé par rapport à ce que j'avais besoin, juste à côté d'une station de métro, donc très bien. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel, il y a du choix tous les produits sont frais, rien à dire. À part peut-être les jus. Qui ne sont pas spécialement de bonne qualité et beaucoup trop sucrés. Mais c'est subjectif. Là où est mon reproche qui fait que je ne mets pas les cinq étoiles partout, c'est l'anglais. C'est en effet un des défauts majeurs de l'hôtel, autant sur le petit personnel, c'est tout à fait justifiable. , par contre, que ça soit à la réception, ou que ça soit le manager du restaurant, C'est quand même un peu limite pour un hôtel qui se veut de ce standing là.

Tout c'est très bien passé pendant mon séjour. Personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont propres,elles mériterait peut être un petit rafraîchissement, mais franchement rien de vraiment bloquant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet, frais et très bon. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d essayer la piscine et la salle de sport. Pour finir, et c'est pour ça que j'enlève une Étoile, c'est l'anglais. Très difficile de se faire comprendre, même (et c'est peut être ça le pire) à la réception... Mais sinon, vraiment bien et bien situé

Nicht mehr die Klasse wie früher

Es war mal das mit Abstand beste Hotel weit und breit in und um Ningbo. Leidervistves in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind immer noch riesig und luxuriös ausgestattet, aber ... # Klima im Zimmer stickig und über die alte Klimanlage kaum zu steuern, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen # sehr eingeschränkter Barbetrieb abends # kaum jemand der Angestellten spricht englisch, die Verständigung ist äuäerst schwierig # Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl, allerdings so gut wie kein Continental Breakfast Insgesamt sxheint man sich im Nanyuan von nichtchinesischen Gästen verabschiedet zu haben. Schade eigentlich. Ich werde mir ein anderes Stammhotel in Ningbo suchen.
