Looking for a comfortable, quiet & friendly retreat only 5km from Nimbin? Our farm-stay studio close to Nimbin with great views of the Nimbogj rocks, surrounded by big trees & birdsong could be the one!

The location is a perfect retreat from the village but close enough for hassle-free transport to festivals, events and tourism adventures in the area.

Enjoy the comfort of a completely self-contained studio-space, upstairs queen bed with luxury linens and ensuite bathroom; full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge & microwave; open-dining-living-room with sofa-bed (king single), TV, and additional convenient toilet.

On request, we can also accommodate some supplies for your arrival, such as basics from the local growers market (bread, cheese, milk etc available at cost), and high quality pre-prepared meals & snacks from produce grown on the farm or sourced locally.

For walkers and artists, there are easy tracks through the property and paddocks full of friendly cows, to the creek and rainforest (where you may see koalas).

Max 2 persons, minimum 2-night stay. Not suitable for small children.

Home away from home.

Stoney Chute Studio is perfect. The mezzanine bedroom and bathroom are huge. The whole studio is huge. Full kitchen, lounge and dining areas. Water pressure is amazing with hot hot water. Completely off grid although you’d never know. The hosts are both amazing people. I spoilt myself and ordered dinner during my stay and was delighted at the meal prepared. If you get a chance, book a workshop with the hosts. I will definitely be back.

Quiet, rural stay close to Nimbin village.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend at this spacious two person accommodation, which had everything required and more. Amazing views of Nimbin Rocks, a private creek down the back of the property, and the hosts as well as their friendly kelpie dog, “Syrup”, are very accomodating, welcoming, and considerate Five stars.
