Beautiful apartment located in a residential area where peace and quiet are the most important thing for residents. It has a communal pool and borders a large eucalyptus park and sports facilities (paddle tennis, basketball, and soccer), and a playground. Beaches and facilities of great geological and environmental interest are just 10 to 20 minutes away. The town is small, high-rise buildings are not permitted, and all services and amenities are within a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. The house is located in a residential area with few neighbors, making it ideal for children to play quietly in the company of new friends. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the living/dining room has air conditioning. There are also 3 small private terraces and free covered parking.
