I was very impressed with the facilities here. The room was extremely clean and the bathing pools were great. I really enjoyed my breakfast too and thought the food selection was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Hotel was close to the train station and a Pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious too. I would definitely stay again.

Take a bath at this hotel! Refreshing!

Nice hotel. My single room was a bit small however,but the staff at the front desk, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. The breakfast was nice because it featured Niiigata rice and local dishes!! Perfect! Good location and there is a convenience store connected to the hotel.Convenient! Try it once--you'll enjoy it!!!

The hotel is simple with a no frills approach. The room was clean enough but nothing fancy. Great location about 5 minutes from the main train station on foot and within walking distance to everything downtown. An OK place for a night while passing through but I wouldn't want to be based here for a week.

スタンダードツインに泊まりました。ベッドが部屋のかなりのスペースを占めており、入り口が狭く少し窮屈な思いをしましたが、ベッド自体は快適、空調も乾燥が気にならず快適、タオルもふわふわ、過ごしやすかったです。仕方ないのかもしれませんがエレベーターが混んでいたので、大浴場には行く気が起きませんでした。朝食は会場も広く、とても美味しかったです。総じて満足です。

有大浴池，電視雖然寫可以看有沒有很多人，但實際確認之後發現都是固定寫沒人就是了。 早餐有廚師現煮固定幾種菜色，算滿特別的 隔音還好，偶爾會聽到隔壁的聲音

朝食ブュッフェが美味しいです

朝食ブュッフェがランキング上位なのと大浴場があるということでこちらを利用しました。 ホテルの地下に駐車場がありますが、 昔ながらのタワーパーキングでセダンしかも幅広くない車じゃないと入りませんが、提携のコインパーキングであれば問題ありません。 朝食ブュッフェは地元の料理やライブキッチンもあり料理も美味しく食べすぎました笑 強いて言うなら、刺身が鯛とまぐろのみだったのでもう何種類かあると嬉しかったなと思います。
