This pleasant holiday home near the sea has a communal swimming pool and a beautiful garden. It is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Nieuwpoort is a coastal town known for its long sandy beaches and picturesque harbour. Visitors can take a stroll along the beach promenade or enjoy various water sports such as wind and kite surfing. The city has a rich history, with monuments such as Sint-Niklaaskerk and the town hall dating back to the 17th century. You will also find several cozy restaurants, nice shops and supermarkets for daily necessities. You can independently prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a TV, a dining table and a shared sitting area, the bedrooms have atmosphere and comfort and parking is available for the car. The house has a pellet stove (pellets must be purchased yourself).

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 75,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
