Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Ostsee. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig (wir waren 3 Erwachsene), mit großem Bad, relativ neuer EBK und zwei Balkonen in einem gepflegten Umfeld. Check-in und check-out waren völlig problemlos, da für den Schlüssel ein Schlüsseltressor vorhanden ist. Allerdings werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur gegen 25 pro Person gestellt. Ein Duschhandtuch und ein normales Handtuch sind für 14 Tage schon etwas wenig. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine (3 pro Waschgang) mit integriertem Trockner (3 pro Trockengang), der aber nicht gut funktionierte und die Wäsche nach dem Trockengang (Schranktrocken) trotzdem noch aufgehängt werden musste. Bei einem Duschtuch pro Person muss der Wasch- und Trockengang gut geplant sein.Alles eine Frage der Organisation. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Auch die Lage war sehr gut. Man konnte die Städte Rostock, Schwerin, Wismar, Stralsund und selbstverständlich alle Kurbad-Orte entlang der Ostsee zwischen Stralsund und Wismar ohne Stress erreichen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wie inseriert. Es war alles sauber und hat eingeladen zum wohlfühlen. Der einzige Minuspunkt den wir geben ist, dass wir leider kein WLAN in der Unterkunft hatten, aber ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Perfect weekend

We took a family trip to nienhagen and it went well. We had an great appartement with a modern kitchen. But it was upsetting, for the reason that there wasnt an abillity to connect with the wifi. All in all if you havnt a problem with no wifi you can have a great weekend near to Rostock or Warnemünde with this appartment.

Gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung ohne Internet

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche war super und es fehlte an nichts. Ärgerlich für uns war, dass es keinen Internetzugang gab, dies war eines unserer Auswahlkriterien und stand so im Inserat. Leider funktionierte auch die Fernbedienung für den Reciver kaum. Die Dusche ging schwer zu regulieren, den Knopf konnte man schlecht drehen, mit nassen Händen ging es kaum, die Kinder brauchten unsere Hilfe. Schön wäre auch, wenn der Badspiegel beleuchtbar wäre. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ok, ich hätte mich nur über eine Antwort zum Ende gefreut und auch über eine Reaktion auf meine Nachfrage, ob das Kuscheltier unseres Sohnes in der Wohnung gefunden wurde. Weiterer Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist die Barrierefreiheit, es gibt im Haus einen Fahrstuhl. Das Parken vor dem Haus war auch komfortabel. Fußläufig zu erreichen war die Steilküste von Nienhagen in ca. 10 Minuten. Der Sandstrand ist etwas weiter weg.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt, die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief problemlos. Richtig toll war die große und moderne Küche. Warnemünde und Kühlungsborn sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten ein paar Tage ausspannen! Dennoch zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: in das Schlafzimmer mit Balkon würde allemal ein vollwertiges Bett reinpassen und den Komfort noch verbessern; die Teekanne war leider am Ausgießer kaputt.

Schöner erholsamer Ort

Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Perfekt zum erholen. Alles ist trotzdem gut erreichbar mit Auto und Bus. Die Reservierung ging schnell und einfach. Wenn man fragen hatte wurden diese schnell beantwortet und ernst genommen. Können es nur weiter empfehlen.
