Farmhouse Niedernsill near Ski Slopes

This centuries old farmhouse lies surrounded by well-known skiing areas in the village of Niedernsill. The original farmhouse was renovated and converted into two luxury holiday homes. The ground floor has a great atmosphere with the beautiful large hall with vaulted ceilings, yet it's pleasantly warm because of the modern underfloor heating. The hall gives access to 4 bedrooms, all furnished with stunning details. The spacious kitchen is fitted with modern equipment and features a large dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate living room with a spacious lounge area and direct access to the sunny terrace, which offers splendid views of Hohe Tauern National Park. Guests can make use of the private sauna in the house and are given a parking spot. A supermarket nearby makes it easy to get groceries on foot. In winter, it only takes a few minutes by car to get to Kaprun and Zell am See. In summer, guests can enjoy the Hohe Tauern National Park, the famous Krimml waterfalls, the lakes of Kaprun and ofcourse the hiking and mountain biking. There are also 2 beautiful golf courses in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die vorhandene Xbox sowie der freundliche Empfang bei der Ankunft. Der Skiverleih befindet sich direkt gegenüber und ein Spar-Markt ist quasi nebenan – perfekte Lage! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt!

Wunderbare Unterkunft! Sehr großzügiges Apartment, super sauber und toll gelegen.Ein Stern Abzug beim Check in. Dieser ist im Nachbarort zu erledigen und ist nach langer Anreise ein klein wenig umständlich. Das Hausmeisterservice ansonsten ist sehr, sehr gut. Sauberkeit ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Super - jederzeit wieder!!

Ons verblijf in de villa was absoluut fantastisch! De villa was uitgerust met alle gemakken die je je maar kunt voorstellen, en meer! Van de ruime kamers tot de goed uitgeruste keuken en de ontspannende sauna, alles was perfect. De skiverhuur zit letterlijk aan de overkant van de straat zat, wat ons het gedoe bespaarde van ver reizen met onze uitrusting. Vanaf het moment van boeken tot aan ons vertrek verliep alles super soepel en professioneel. Eventuele vragen of verzoeken werden snel en efficiënt afgehandeld. Al met al kunnen we niet anders dan enthousiast zijn over ons verblijf in deze villa. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen op alle fronten en maakte onze vakantie echt onvergetelijk. We kijken er al naar uit om met onze vriendengroep hier weer terug te keren volgend jaar!

Een erg fijn, zeer ruim en modern ingericht huis. Grote hal met extra zitje en tafel was praktisch. Prima ruime en complete keuken met eiland/eetbar en paar barkrukken. Tip: een paar ovenschalen zou het nog completer maken. Grote eettafel voor 8 -10 personen. Er is een aparte grote zitkamer met TV. Mooie en ruime saunaruimte met toegang tot balkon/terras. De kelder met een barretje, groot tv scherm, soundbar en tafelvoetbalspel was geweldig. Enig minpunt was dat de schoenverwarming in de skiraum niet functioneerde. De verwarming in huis was meer dan goed en kon per ruimte geregeld worden.

Über allen Erwartungen

Das frisch renovierte Bauernhaus ist zusammengefasst einfach eine Traumwohnung. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Extras (Partykeller uvm.)! Das Haus wird von einem Hausmeisterservice aus dem Nachbarort betreut. Check-In war problemlos und das Haus war ordentlich & sauber! Es gibt zwar im gleichen Haus noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung. Man bekommt aber von einander gar nichts mit. Alles im Allen: klare Weiterempfehlung!

Gerne wieder

Da wir vermutlich die ersten Mieter nach dem Lockdown waren und vermutlich kurz vorher nicht nochmal gereinigt wurde, war es nicht zu 100% sauber. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Außerdem wurde verschwiegen das es einen echt coolen Party/Aprés Ski Keller gibt. Was natürlich ein sehr erfreuliches extra war, aber daher nur 4 Sterne der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats. Ansonsten eine super Location zum wohlfühlen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het huis is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving met ontzettend veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en wandelingen. De woning is ontzettend ruim en je hebt zeer veel comfort op alle vlak. Op een regenachtige dag zal je je zeker niet vervelen. De kinderen vonden de kelder met de voetbaltafel heel leuk. De aanwezige gezelschapspelen hebben we ook goed gebruikt! Alle ruimtes zijn met smaak ingericht en er is voldoende keukengerief aanwezig. Alleen een fruitpers hebben we gemist. Er zijn grote kleerkasten in alle kamers. Heel jammer dat de schoonmaak niet in orde was. De oven was nog ronduit smerig en de vloeren kleefden. Kwam dat doordat we 2u eerder het huis konden betreden dan voorzien? Ook moesten we nog naar keukenlinnen vragen en dat bleken gewoon oude vodden te zijn. Het toilet in de kamer aan de voordeur lekt en de douchedeur van de aparte badkamer sluit niet meer goed af. Daardoor heb je altijd een plas water in de badkamer staan na het douchen. In elk geval, wij hebben topvakantie gehad en we raden het huis zeker aan!

De sfeer in het chalet is gewoonweg heerlijk. Het heeft een traditionele uitstraling, maar is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. We hadden wat problemen met het inchecken, maar de eigenaar reageerde zeer snel en was vriendelijk. Al met al een geweldige plek om te ontspannen.
