Whether you’re sipping coffee/wine on the deck or exploring the nearby white beaches and emerald green waters of Destin, this enchanting getaway promises an unforgettable experience. We call it, “Splash of Color”.

The decks -
As you walk through the 100 year old Florida style gate down your private walkway you’ll come upon your two wooden decks. You’ll have amazing unobstructed views of sparkling starry nights and the twinkling of city lights of Destin and Sandestin across the expansive bay. You might also catch the pod of dolphins that like to hang out by our place. Or the beaver. You’ll find some artsy sections of the deck to share on your socials too.
Your space Once inside you'll find a newly renovated bedroom, a queen bed with individual coil and memory mattress, luxurious bedding, hanging smart TV with Roku, table and 2 chairs, closet with hangers, and a full size bathroom with Cannon towels. A mini frig with waters, a microwave and a coffee bar are included.

On the Go -
Available to you are two beach towels to take to the beach.

Guest access -
You will have full access to the newly renovated bedroom, bath and both decks. Gate access and room access codes will be sent to you the day of, prior to your arrival.

Other things to note -
There is no kitchen available, however there is a microwave, coffee pot and small refrigerator. The complete home itself is vacant as we are planning a complete remodel. I’m so excited to revamp the rest of the home so, in the meantime, I’ve updated this west side of the house for you to enjoy. We have another unit called the Vibe on the far upper east side.
