It was my first time here and the room/bathroom, and the swimming pool/hot tub area was well kept and clean. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy vibe to the experience. The room service was generally quick and helpful. However, I can’t speak for the restaurants or resort food since we didn’t try it out.

Room was spotless but a little outdated. Beautiful Christmas decorations in lobby. Staff at front desk were pleasant and accommodating. Spa service was excellent.
