Great staff and comfortable stay

We have stayed at this hotel twice this year. I will say again while reviewing this property for a second time that they have the nicest, most accommodating and friendly staff. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the hotel. Unfortunately it was during a holiday weekend so the hotel was packed with families and loud kids, but the room was comfortable and we were able to sleep just fine. The Play restaurant is outstanding with delicious and nutritious food choices. The spa and health club were great to use too. We will go back for sure!

We chose your five-star property expecting a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed to find mold in the bathroom of our room.
