This fully renovated property features 3 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms.
The main level features a fully renovated 4 piece bathroom, laundry room, modern kitchen, large foyer/dining area, and a spacious living room. The upper level features a renovated 4 piece bathroom with a bathtub and shower plus 3 large bedrooms.

Niagara Falls adventure

John was very gracious host and brought great breakfast every morning delivered to the door. I would defiantly use one John properties again next visit. Thank you John

The host was nice, but it is an inaccurate listing

The host was nice, but the listing title said 4 bedrooms and it was actually 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. The pictures of the backyard and back deck were from a different property. There was construction work going in a basement appartment when we arrived and on the morning when we left.

Excellent property manager!

We had a wonderful stay! The property manager was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. When we noticed there was no BBQ on site, he promptly brought one for us to use. He also delivered a delicious breakfast each morning and was always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and the service that came with it!
